Everything was beautiful for this property except the pool. I was told the pool was a salt water pool. The pool looked green and cloudy with things floating in the water. I mentioned it to the front desk and they said the pool man had been there this morning and didn't say anything was wrong. I didn't use the pool.

We had a great experience at the Embassy Suites! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Was ok, no soap in the soap dish for your hands. No cups in bathroom, no plastic shower curtain inside cloth one so floor flooded. Hardly any hot water.

Booked a King Suite room and paid for it in advance in full, which was confirmed in advance if stay - see my reservation details. But when I checked in I was instead given a small studio room and told the hotel is full, and that it’s my only choice for a room and nothing can be done. Unacceptable. I want a refund. Contact me.
