Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Oklahoma City - Quail Springs, OK

Our stay was good feel people don’t have much respect for other because people in hallway were very loud and our AC /heater didn’t work but other then that it was good

the room had a smell to it. the bathroom was handicap accessible which is fine but the hand held shower made a mess all over the floor, there was no ventilation fan in the bathroom, the counter was very small and this is where the coffee maker was put making no counter space at all, no dish for the soap, the bed was ok. lumpy. i didn’t want to walk on the carpet without socks and they were filthy after walking around on it. the staff was nice but the room was not great. i would rather spend a little more money for a nicer room and experience in the future.

The room was clean enough. The lady checking us in was great. There was a light shining in the window all night which made it difficult to rest and sheets were scratchy. I didn’t see any breakfast offered. It was overall nice enough. I have certainly stayed in much worse.

The stay was pretty good. The only downfall is the hotel doesn’t count with extra pillows, so if you’re traveling with family, you’ll have to take your own pillows as the rooms only has 4. Other than that we had no issues.

The front desk folks are friendly, our room was great except it was advertised as a city view with an up charge there is no city view not from this hotel. And the brightness of the parking lot lights caused us to have to use our black out curtians

Clean room. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Wifi was spotty. Sewer smell from bathroom sink when on use.

The beds were worn out. Not very comfortable at all. The blankets were extremely thin as well as the pillows. The ac worked great my husband and son loved it, I on the other hand froze all night because of the thin blanket. But the lady working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. It was not her fault they were out of extra pillows and blankets.

Great stay other than no washcloths in the room, but the front desk attendant took care of that no problem. Breakfast was good - good variety, everything was fresh and warm, and the room where it was held was clean. Overall, a very nice stay.
