Holiday Inn Express & Suites OKLAHOMA CITY DWTN - BRICKTOWN by IHG

My wife and I both booked rooms unknowingly. The staff were Inflexible with booking. Just a blind corporate money grab with no concern for human error or compassion. The receptionist was also cold to us upon arrival offering no assistance other than room keys and payment. This was my first and last stay at this chain.

Good location and clean room. Breakfast is free, nothing special, and $25 per night of parking seems quite a lot in that area

Friendly staff, very comfortable bed, clean room and common areas. Convenient to numerous restaurants and bars. We barely needed the car all weekend. Whoever was working the night shift at the front desk on 2/1 exemplifies customer service. She gave my daughter a little gift bag with water and Chex mix in the evening and helped us out in a pinch late night when we’d run out of conditioner.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for an overnight stopover in Oklahoma with super friendly staff and a large and comfortable room with large TV and available HDMI port for your own device. Rate was extremely competitive that included overnight parking. Location is excellent as only a few minutes from the entertainment hub that is Bricktown. The memorial gardens are also only a 15 minute walk away. Downtown Oklahoma is one of the cleanest cities I’ve visited in the US and the gardens are a testimony to the resolve shown by the city following such tragedy.

Fair hotel… Very Good location.., 10 minutes walking to the Paycom Center (OKC game). Spacious room.. You have to request the housekeeping service.., up to 10:30 am.. American classic breakfast.. I’d stay again..!
