I, booked through an app., I called... no answer. I showed and to a sign " be back in 15 minutes", I asked the gentle man, about my reservation.. He, did not see one... I. left and called back , again NO ANSWER.. I , went back the next day and talked to the same same gentleman, which stated.. He, eventually, saw a reservation later after , I left...
I, would never recommend, or booked thought the app., again..
as, for as the Hotel.. YOU all need to answer the phones..

For the purpose of the stay, it's location was convenient. The room was clean.
I couldn't locate the remote for the TV.
The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The gravy for the bisquits appeared to have been in the crockpot for more than just the morning I'd seen it. The only other hot food were waffles, toast, and oatmeal.
Luckily, an iHop was adjacent to the hotel.

the staff here is fantastic. they go above and beyond to take care of their guests. rooms were quiet. only drawback was pool is extremely cold

The room did not smell good. Random hairs on comforter when we entered. Not deep cleaned well. Didn’t feel sanitary. Pool was freezing to the point we couldn’t use it. Hot tub looked like pee water. Went back upstairs to our room to find the tv didn’t work. We lost our money and didn’t stay the night.

Staff was inattentive. Room floor was Sticky and dirty. Laminate flooring was separating. Nonsmoking room that had been smoked in. Room on our floor people were still smoking. Just not what i had expected.

Exterior seems nice, area is nice. We checked in late after a long day of driving. Would have changed hotels if we weren't exhausted. Actual room was dirty, the nightstand was propped up on an extra piece of flooring with cardboard pushed in to make the drawers level, toilet was either filty and/or stained. Must need a new seal, it ran every 30-60 minutes to refill the tank. Shower also dirty/stained. The other room furniture was very beat up.
Clerk that checked us in was nice, but seemed stressed and not happy to be there. The room we were in definitely needs to be gutted and done over.

There is nothing wrong with my stay nor with renting it clearly says $50 deposit fee but I guess not of people read the fine print anymore let alone read in general! I was happy with my stay
