We want to share a nice holiday. 1 .High quality service and very friendly staff. 2. The service department is successful in food and beverage. 3. Rooms are spacious and hygienic. Friendly staff greets you at the 4th entrance. 5.The food is delicious. 6. interest and relevance is quite high. Our room is calm and quiet with a sea view. delicious cocktails are served in the lobby and in the bars. I would also like to thank the manager Mr. Mehmet during the day. This hotel is the address where your dreams come true. Meals, a wide variety of drinks, a very nice dessert section, a variety of bean coffee machines, it makes very good coffee

Stayed here for a week and have never been so disappointed with a hotel. Half the pools were empty, site was partially under construction with constant drilling and none of the A la Carte Restaurants open. Quality of the food was 2* at best as was the level of service provided by the staff who were generally rude and disinterested. This view is reflected in many of the recent reviews so stay clear if you value your holiday.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, our stay at this '5-star' resort was beyond disappointing. Please listen to the most recent reviews on here before booking - you will regret choosing this accommodation. We were greeted by rude staff on arrival, which we shrugged off and assumed a language barrier. We soon realised this wasn't the case - most (90%) of our interactions with staff were bad. They were rude, unhelpful, unwelcoming, and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. I asked a F&B manager a question, he grunted, walked off and talked to colleagues. I assumed he'd come back with the answer - he never did. The same man we asked for a coca cola at the bar, he said, 'no, there is coke in your room'. How is this a 5* all-inclusive if they want to send you to your room (we were in a separate building), for the one coke in the fridge there? There is a lot of building work going on throughout the resort. We spent our days listening to sawing, drilling, jetwashing, all accompanied by a smell of egg. Lots of work trucks and tractors driving through. Not the most relaxing pool days. Speaking of the pools, when we arrived, some were empty or filled with dirty water - not particularly inviting. A lot of things weren't open - it was clearly start of the season, but we didn't expect them to be half shut when allowing guests (we weren't made aware when booking that this would be the case). The 'A La Carte' restaurants clearly weren't open, as when we went for our 'A La Carte' night that was included, they sent us to a make-shift restaurant in the Beach Bar (entirely unspecial), and didn't give us a menu - they brought the same food to everyone (some of it was the same as the buffet). The food is below average, definitely not 5* worthy, and you'd spend half your dinner time searching for forks (there were never any on the table), or queuing for the grill (supply vs demand completely off). We barely spent any of our meal times actually sat together eating. When we left I was prepared to give a short overview of our bad experience when asked how our stay was. No surprise that they didn't ask us anything - just took the keys back and that was that. We wasted our only holiday this year here, and regret it entirely. We tried our best to enjoy it, but there was too much wrong with this place to find any joy at all. Seeing the responses from the hotel on the reviews, trying to turn any complaint around on the individual, proves that this is not a place that you want to go on holiday. We didn't see any problems caused by guests there during our stay.
