De Vere Beaumont Estate

The room was so small and it was so bad like no air conditioning a little tiny fan in the corner also no natural light the blinds broken in the room and toilet so it was so dark was hard to move around in the room as well

Absolutely brilliant hotel, fantastic staff who couldn't do anymore for visitors, clean rooms and clean common areas, plenty of activities to occupy the kids during the stay and plenty of refreshments during the day including good breakfast and dinner options. We used the pool twice a day during our stay, visited the arcade and outside park / nature trails and outside games section and neither of my children wanted to come home. I 100% recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be visiting again!

Elegant British state very close to Heathrow Airport, and to the outskirts of London. Would highly recommend for a long stay and for those who are interested in exploring the British rural life.

Beautiful location, the staff were very helpful but..the type of guests were snobby stuck up and entitled..we had dogs barking for hours in the next room, doors banging causing the room to vibrant at unsociable hours 6.30am and late into the evening. These people should learn some basic etiquette instead of thinking thr world revolves around them.

A great overnight stay to catch up with a friend - relaxing in the grounds and an enjoyable dinner. It was a busy Saturday night/Sunday morning but the large numbers were managed well by staff and away from breakfast it still had a quiet atmosphere. For history minded people it is nice to finish off weekend with a walk down to river to where the signing of Magna Carta is commerorated.

The hotel felt like a maze — it took me about 20 minutes just to find my room. The cleanliness could also have been better, as I found quite a lot of hair on the bed sheets. I experienced some skin irritation and itching for the next two days, although I can’t say for certain whether this was caused by the bedding. Overall, the cleanliness was disappointing.

I have never experienced a fully paid and guaranteed room being unavailable at check-in. Although a senior manager, whom I will not name, promised refunds, these were never followed through. My emails were ignored, and every time I called, a different person answered and the manager was suddenly impossible to reach. We only booked two nights, so the amount is not significant, but it is shocking to see how a supposedly reputable hotel group handles customer service.
