3HB Falésia Garden

Everything about our stay was just right and the staff were all so warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We particularly thought for the price we paid, the standard of service, cleanliness and quality of the room were outstanding. In fact, I thought due to the spaciousness of the suite and the way it was managed, this hotel now deserves four not three star rating. We will definitely be going back to 3HB Falesia Garden

We had an amazing experience at 3HB Falesia Gardens. The view stood out as the best feature as you could see the red cliffs and blue sea from your breakfast table. You truly felt at one with nature. The rooms were spacious with everything you could need. The food was great, good quality with lots of choice and plenty of vegetarian options. A highlight for me was the staff, they are helpful, kind and do such a great job of making you feel comfortable. We especially liked Wellington and Thiago (we think they are called) and also the lady at the welcome counter for dinners. They were always warm and welcoming. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and an easy bus ride to Albufeira. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back. Thank you!

We visited this hotel on a half board basis as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. This hotel was great. The view of the beach from the pool was spectacular. There’s a wooden walk way and lots of steps down to the beach from the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this if you had mobility issues. But the beach is gorgeous. The pool at the hotel was quite small but adequate. We were there in May, at this time there was no kids club or entertainment. We liked this as it kept the hotel quiet and relaxed, with a chilled atmosphere. The breakfast and evening meal was of a good quality and lots of variety. We really enjoyed the bbq night. The restaurant was lovely, over looking the beautiful view. The staff were efficient and friendly. We eat at the hotel most lunch times too, we purchased food off the bar menu, this also was very tasting and good value. There is a small town within walking distance and another beach with a couple of bar/restaurants. I loved this hotel and would definitely recommend and like to return one day.

The views from the restaurant are amazing. The breakfast was great and food at the restaurant was excellent. The staff were very helpful and kind. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely holiday here at the beginning of October for 10 nights with Jet 2. The weather was glorious, wall-to-wall sunshine. The pool area overlooked stunning views of the pine-covered cliffs, leading down (via steps) to a large sandy beach. Plenty of beds around the pool all day long and it's such a refreshing change to not worry about rushing down to secure a prime position spot. You could take your pick every day. I didn’t find the pool too cold at all, and it's so good to see a pool designed with a ramp for disabled access, you don’t see this often enough. Our apartment was in block 12 and it was big and spacious, very peaceful, overlooking the pine trees with a side sea view. Rooms that over look the pool with a front sea view are part of The Falesia Mar; when booking make sure you pick the right one. The kitchen was well equipped, and made self-catering a breeze. There was even washing-up liquid supplied. The bottle opener was not good, but we had our own in the case. We hired a car so access to a nearby supermarket was really easy. Parking on the road was fine, we never had any issues finding a space. We stayed B&B and breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and the dining room is well set out, with 3 coffee machines dotted around the room, so no long queues anywhere. I do wonder if we should have booked half board, it was not worth upgrading once in resort as it was more expensive, I am sure it was a much better deal at the time of booking. I personally found eating out in the village could be pricy and all the same type of stuff. The restaurants we tried often seemed understaffed. Maybe we were just unlucky or arrived at a busy time. If you want to venture further a field or want more lively nightlife, The ***** in Praia da Oura is about 10 mins drive away. Use the Uber app from outside reception, our cab came in less than a minute and you are looking at 5 euros each way, which you can pay on card. Make sure you get a debit card with no transaction fees, like Monzo. The only thing that would put me off from returning in the future is the pool and restaurant is shared with the 3HB Falesia Mar and this was closed due to its refurb. Not sure when its planned to reopen, but I wonder if once reopened, it would be noticeably busier and therefore not the same experience.

We had the most wonderful week staying at this hotel! Transfer time was about 25 mins from Faro airport. The rooms are set up perfectly for families, with a big kitchen/living area and a separate bedroom. My daughter was in a travel cot, which was provided and high quality. It was hot for October and the aircon was great! Also lifts up to the higher floor rooms which was perfect with a pushchair! The facilities were great! The pools were perfect for a toddler, with step free access into the main pool as well as a kids pool. The play area was also great and in the shade a lot of the day. I’ve also never been to a hotel where sunbeds aren’t reserved early in the morning by towels. We would arrive at the pool around 9.30/10am and there were no towels out and only a few people out by the pool. It made the mornings much more relaxing not having to rush down! The food is great, so much choice and lots suitable for little people! Loads of highchairs available (the great ikea style ones) and the staff were really lovely and attentive. The steps down to the beach are quite steep but well kept and safe. The beach is absolutely stunning! €10 per sunbed to hire with an umbrella for the whole day. We also hired bodyboards which was very fun! Surfing lessons also available! Overall we had the best holiday and we will definitely be returning! Thanks again to all the lovely staff for making our family holiday perfect!

Perfect holiday. Lucky because half the hotel was only half booked due to renovations. Weather was absolutely perfect for October. Would come again!

I can’t fault this hotel, the rooms, view and staff were absolutely lovely. I also recommend if you are Coeliac/ gluten free. I personally didn’t have the all inclusive package but had the bed and breakfast instead. Due to this I cannot comment on the lunch and dinner options ( looking at the menu the lunch/snack options looked limited for gluten free, however I didn’t ask). Breakfast on the other hand was really lovely. The staff were extremely helpful and brought my separate gluten free toast, muffins and biscuits. The breakfast buffet was labelled with allergies. Cocktails were also great!

Beautiful views, stunning refurbished apartments. Beach access (steep steps but we didn’t mind at all) Everything you need for a totally relaxing trip. Breakfast was amazing, evening buffet if you needed it but we used local restaurants
