Just got back from a week at this hotel with my partner and our 17month year old little girl who absolutely loved her first time abroad. Where do I start this hotel was brilliant! Very clean rooms are cleaned everyday without fail and the apartments are very spacious. The hotel provide a free bottle of water for the room everyday. The food was really nice with a variety of selections and also themed nights. The waiters are fantastic and clear plates away fast and are very friendly while doing so. Every staff member at this hotel was just fantastic with our little girl. I read reviews before I went about pools being cold. They are fresh but perfect for cooling down after soaking up some sun it certainly wasn’t an issue for our daughter who loved swimming all day. The best bit about this hotel for me has to be the drink selection beer and cider on offer along with spirits etc. Even the soft drinks are the real deal with Fanta, Coke and sprite none of that cheap rubbish. Entertainment was enjoyable. Our little one really enjoyed the mini discos and we loved the Hollywood show on a Sunday. You can tell the amount of effort the team put into these shows and I take my hat off to them. I really don’t have any cons about this hotel it was a fantastic week and if we didn’t love travelling to different country’s so much I would be back next year! Who knows I’m sure I will be back in the future cause this place was the best I have been to yet!

We were given a taxi from the airport,which was great. On entering the hotel we were made very welcome. Amazingly clean hotel, unfortunately we were offered a room up a steep incline, my mum has mobility issues,which did cause a problem. The restaurant was great, different themed night, I'm a strict vegetarian and thought I would struggle,but the head waiter is very welcoming and points out which food is available to you. All staff are so friendly, daytime entertainment,and evening entertainment is great. We would have liked at least one day away from the hotel but the rep never provided information for trips out. Great hotel for kids,I would highly recommend.

When we arrived we were warmly greeted, reception answered all our questions. The safe is free for your stay as is daily pool towels. The apartment is very spacious. Bedroom was already equipped with a travel cot which was amazing quality. Kitchen had no cutlery, plates etc but has a microwave, kettle (great for baby bottles) and fridge. You can easily request all these from staff though we were told if needed! You're all inclusive though so defos don't need any. You can get very large bottles of water from reception too at any time. TV has lots of channels and some are English too. Balcony is great and spacious. Pools have plenty of sunbeds around them so no need to rush. The pools are cold but you adjust easily once in. There was plenty of activities throughout the day and personally I only did the water aerobics which was great since I had a baby with us. Kids club is for 4+ but they allowed us to come in with our 8 month old to play with some toys whilst we watched them as we didn't pack many in our case! The park outside the kids club is excellent and even has a baby swing. The little aqua park is amazing quality too and is great for older children as adults can relax beside the pool whilst their children are in it. Food was high quality and you are always greeted warmly at the door and seated quickly. They are always making fresh food for the buffet. I would say they do serve a variety but not as much chicken if you're fussy. Not to worry but as the snack station at the pool bar was the best thing ever! They served snacks, fruit, toasties, hotdogs, fries, yoghurt etc and we loved it. Also by far the best all inclusive drinks I've had! The sangria is amazing and definitely worth trying. Location is great just 10 minute walk from the beach literally down the hill. Little pubs and cafes on that route that show football too. Pharmacy 5 minuted away and little gift shops are everywhere. I also love that in every block of apartments there a "recycle" box, you'll find items that people that are going home no longer need such as pool floats, buckets and spade, beach chairs etc. We took a beach shade and returned it too when leaving was a lovely idea! We mostly missed the night entertainment because its on late for us. There's a mini disco at 8 and then the main entertainment starts at 9pm. From what I did see it was great but get down early to get a seat as they fill up quickly. Staff were amazing and friendly but most importantly ready to drop anything to help you. Can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to come back in the next few years!

To all seniors, like us, this is a family orientated hotel! Having said that the staff were great from arrival to the end of the holiday. They were attentive and friendly. The Hotel was spotlessly clean, despite the kids! The rooms were nicely appointed, just a little short on storage for clothes. Great air conditioning. The food was good throughout the holiday, with a good range for all meals. There was a lack of coffee in the evenings in the restaurant, which was a little tiresome. The majority of the area for beds was on grass and for some reason this was kept so wet it was muddy for most of the day, naturally this meant muddy towels and beds. The beds were often wet as well. The hotel provided pool towels which could changed as frequently as you wanted and were of good size and quality. The hotel also provided as much bottled water as you need, completely free! The menu and entertainment was on a 7 day cycle, which is a little unusual and meant for our 14 day holiday some repetition. Lots of bugs that bite so take the appropriate bug sprays etc. Not much to do locally so a trip to Albufeira is recommended and uber is cheap. Go to the port shop!

Fantastic hotel, excellent food and facilities and great staff. Spotlessly clean overall and excellent gluten free options at meals. The area around it is a little quiet but Albufeira is a 10 min taxi ride away. Stayed here as part of a Jet2Holidays package from Belfast. We are regular Jet2 travellers and the flights and connections were good.

VISITED AS A COUPLE BUT BELIEVE HOTEL PROBABLY BEST SUITED TO FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN. HAVING SAID THAT WE CAN ONLY SPEAK VERY HIGHLY OF OUR HOLIDAY. THE HOTEL ROOMS AND FACILITIES ARE SPOTLESSLY CLEAN BUT THE HOLIDAY WAS MADE BY EXCELLENT STAFF. THE RECEPTION STAFF WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL WHEN WE NEEDED MEDICAL ASSISTANCE AND THE SERVICE FROM THE RESTAURANT STAFF WENT WAY BEYOND EXPECTATION. How hotel hospitality should be done. Just returned from a 2 week holiday in this spotlessly clean hotel. Food was great with a real Portuguese touch to all the dishes. There is a beach about a 10 minutes walk with a few eating and drinking places on the way and at the beach. The hotel itself is geared around families mainly due to a great entertainment crew who go out their way to entertain the little ones. The kids club was a welcome break for an hour or so each day and our little girl loved it. As always Pedro gets a special mention as he always went out his way to say hello to our little girl Ella. Also Arthur behind the bar who always welcomed us with a smile, in fact all the staff including the management are a credit to this hotel. A big thank you from the 3 of us.

Definitely a place for families with young children, 2 - 6 years old. On site aqua park with fun slides etc No complimentary drink on arrival, rooms not ready until 2.30pm despite arriving around midday. Nothing for teenagers. A short walk to the local beach down hill and a slightly longer walk around 20/25 minutes again down hill to a larger beach. Activities ok but not run efficiently apart from Pedro who was excellent Music for Aqua Aerobics was deafening Entertainment in the evening was as expected very average. Mini Disco fun for the little ones but only when Pedro was hosting Food and drinks excellent choice Swimming pool was freezing, lots of sun beds, people still put their towels on them though which was unnecessary. Cleaning of the rooms ok, floors not cleaned though nor sheets changed midweek.

We arrived here yesterday and feel I need to write a review, even though we are at the start of the holiday. We have travelled to a few places over the years but we both feel that this hotel has to be without doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We had changed our flight times, so that we arrived in the morning and got to the hotel earlier than expected and I knew the room would not be ready at time of arrival. The reception staff are truly amazing and so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. They explained everything from when to get towels, to entertainment. I feel they did not leave anything out. A real credit to the hotel. In truth all staff that we have encountered so far have been nothing short of exceptional. That is including all the cleaning team too. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Our room B block 121 (I am so glad it is near everything as we have to use walking sticks) is outstanding, exceptionally clean, nothing to fault, plenty of room, just perfect. At The restaurant you are met by a staff member who takes your room number and she is always smiling and I have seen her help so many people, all the staff do. The food is excellent quality, there is plenty to choose from and not as much selection as some hotels but the quality is so much better. You see the chefs cooking at a couple of sections. The pool bar serves cider and that is a first for us to see. A good selection of hot and cold drinks and a good selection of food that is replenished all day. There is a display and you just go and pick out what you want. The pool area is great with a good amount of sun loungers to keep everyone happy. The cleanliness of the hotel is the best I have ever seen. Throughout the hotel. If a table needs clearing, they are on it. I had a hot stones massage this morning and it was just what I needed and she is fantastic and reasonably priced too. We are here for 6 nights and I am already looking forward to booking for next year. Anyway I am off to enjoy the rest of my holiday. Bye for now.

Great hotel spotlessly clean food really good lots of choices for all taste first hotel I have been to where sun beds are a plenty no need for early morning towels are room (117) was very large very quiet air condition nice beds sheets changed twice in a week towel changed each day we were all inclusive all drinks were the proper stuff no cheap copy’s lots of children activities sadly for me the adult entertainment was not for my liking would I go back again YES

We have just got back from a trip to this hotel and it was brilliant. The hotel is perfect for young children and families. We travelled with our 1 and half year old and she loved it there. The layout is great with the restaurant and bar at one end and then the hotel rooms in blocks around the pool. We had a room right at the top but it wasn’t far to walk and meant the evening entertainment did not disturb our toddler at night. The layout is in a big circle which means it is really good for pushchairs and us plus many other families were often walking the loop getting children to nap. The hotel was spotless clean, I’ve never seen a hotel being cleaned so much non stop. Even the spoons/ tongs were swapped regularly in the restaurant. I saw some previous reviews about people reserving sunbeds but this was not an issue when we went (first week in September). We always headed down to the pool after a late breakfast and often we were some of the first around the pool. We even got up and moved to a different pool or down to the splash park and never had any trouble finding more sunbeds. The food was brilliant, always something different each day and a great selection for fussy children (and adults). The beach is only a short walk away and nice for a change of scenery. The playground was great for our toddler who wasn’t overly keen on the pool and also the kids club allow younger children in with their parents to play with the toys there (they have a playhouse and toy kitchen etc) which kept our toddler entertained when she got bored of the toys we brought with us. Could not recommend this hotel enough. I was very sad to leave. Tip- ask for a pool view room.

Stayed here from 1st -12th September arrived around 11am checked in rooms were not ready given wrist bands and told to enjoy all inclusive rooms were ready by 2.30 .rooms very spacious with nice beds large living room area with kitchen shower was a little out dated and when putting it on would go everywhere hotel is very clean throughout the hotel people cleaning all day everyday, all inclusive food was very nice and always warm all inclusive drinks were very good you could get something to eat all day from the restaurant while that was not open there was a snack bar which was very good pools were freezing all the time entertainment was a little disappointing from last year with a few of the animation team leaving the management were always going around and checking on the surroundings of the hotel and radioing in if there was a problem I thought the lifeguards were a waste of time as the were always on their phones overall a great hotel but the entertainment needs improving we were there 11 nights and seen one show four times the only negative really is where there are loads of smokers near the snack bar by the entrance of the hotel plus people smoking tapes around the pool

Lovely hotel, the variety and quality of food is excellent, rooms cleaned every day as if you’re a new arrival. In General hotel inside & outside is spotless. Staff very attentive. Only real criticism is the bar cocktails are not the best of drinks, but that’s just picking.

A place for kids (not couples) We travelled as a family with young babies and was made to feel very welcome . Our rooms were not quite ready but we're led in to lunch . Food - good all-around choice, but after 7 seven days, I got a bit samey ! Always fresh and nicely presented. Rooms - Well, they are more like apartments living room we never used had no need but handy, I guess. I'm not sure why we had a kitchen as we had no cutlery or pans, etc!! And it's all inclusive, very spacious, good air con and cleaned to perfection every day . Pool areas - All pools lovely, yes, a little cold, but on hot days, it was refreshing. There are lots of sunbed savings, which is annoying, but we just settled for what we could get . Music was sometimes way too loud . Clean areas, though, and life guards manned . Entertainment- Bands were fab and Portuguese parade & show etc but again if your doing a 2nd week then expect to see all again ! On the whole we had a good stay staff clearing in restaurant was amazing . All staff extremely friendly a big plus to the hotel . I personally don't think this is a hotel for couples or people not taking children as its extremely geared up for children not couples wanting peace & quite
