Poop was not in order. Lots of confusion at front desk with our reservation took then over 30 minutes to check us in. Didn't accomodate rooms next to eachother even though I had reserved two rooms.

Booking this Hotel was very easy . I had no issues at the front desk and the staff was very pleasant . My room was clean , the breakfast was ok it was kind of cold and bland . The area around the hotel was convenient there were plenty of food spots , grocery stores etc. overall my stay was pleasant I would stay here again .

First of all we were greeting in the evening with a not very friendly lady at the front desk. I guess we were inconveniencing her by checking in. I did notice the morning front staff was a lot nicer. The hallway to our room smelled of cat pee and the floors were filthy. I was shocked at the condition of our room
Because we just stayed at a Home2Suites in Port Canaveral and it was super nice. We were afraid to eat the breakfast since the condition of the hotel was so bad. The morning I left I went to go put our luggage in our car and came back to the elevator to find dog poop on the floor. We were happy to leave!

When we tried checking in the system was down and nobody could not check in. We had to go eat dinner and come back a few hours later. The room was not fully cleaned. The carpet was stained and overall the room is beat down. Would not come stay here again, not for the price.

The hotel was very nice and clean. However, the staff was not very kind or helpful. The breakfast choices were terrible. No hot options. When you pay that much for a hotel, you should be provided with a nice, hot breakfast.

Website said breakfast, was the reason this property was chosen over others (to avoid stopping along road for breakfast), but wasn’t there and staff didn’t know why
