Comfort Inn & Suites Caldwell

This place is cleaner then some of the expensive places I have stayed at. The staff are very nice and helpful. Will put this on the list for good places to stay. Breakfast was also yummy.

The food wasn’t only exceptional the area was kept very clean,the kitchen team member kept the tables and floors exceptionally clean behind every customer. I have been having a hard time standing up and walking and the young lady asked not only me but all clients if there was anything they needed and did all she could to assist them in their choices. She even melted the cheese on my scrambled eggs. She is a gem.

The rooms and property inside and out were clean. Pool area and outside patio clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good; had lots of options. Joy was soo nice and very accommodating to all guests. She continually was cleaning and checking if anyone needed anything at breakfast and had a very pleasant and kind demeanor. Exceptional lady!

Reception was very friendly, room was clean and comfortable, loved the makeup mirror in the bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and plentiful. Tiffany was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

This hotel had the friendliest and most accommodating manager I have ever met. The breakfast was as good as it gets for this type of hotel. The breakfast staff was friendly and constantly checking the food and area. The pool was wonderful. We were busy and did not have an opportunity to use the outside tables and chairs, picnic table or enjoy the fire but they looked very inviting (it was also very warm while we were there). The only complaint we had was the bathtub was past its prime and needs replaced. We changed rooms so we had a beautiful walk-in shower but it needed grab bars to be safer for older people.

The staff were wonderful, very professional, very courteous. They went above & beyond to make sure our stay was good.
