Cons - it seems that the pool is not cleaned, a lot of insects are swimming, I wanted to swim, but did not dare. Cunning staff - they reminded me that I did not return the card from the door, but did not tell me anything about the fact that I forgot the deposit of 2000 pesos, when I came 5 hours later, my money was taken to another place. A taxi at the hotel costs 500 pesos for foreigners"

"Stayed at this resort a number of times over the years mostly when it was Shevarns. I called into the reception late Feb to see about availability of rooms, a kid behind reception with strange eyes just ignored me as i stood in front of him and kept looking at is phone and another employee came and assisted me with my enquiry concerning rooms and costs the kid behind reception was totally unproffesional in is role of working on hotel reception, for whatever reason this employee just kept looking and laughing while myself and the helpful employee discussed availability. Needless to say i didnt book a room."

"Bare minimum room. Mold in shower, single thin sheet, after asking twice for cable i get "sorry sorry" nothing else. Overpriced for what you get. Would have been nice but they dont care about you. They got your money. Dont do nonrefundable. Check it out first. There are nicer cheaper places close to it."
