Little Gem in Hisaronu, Oludeniz. Me and my husband had an amazing time here. Food was lovely, staff are helpful and friendly and the hotel is very peaceful and serene. We stayed in a very nice villa with kitchenette. Overall, we love the place and book there again. Their spa is amazing, the 2 ladies in the spa made us feel so welcome and we feel VIP. We did try the Turkish Bath & Massage, it’s highly recommended! Oludeniz is a magical place and will return with the kids soon.

Had a deluxe room. Not deluxe at all. No balcony. Key card holder falling apart. Bed large. Sheets grubby looking. I didn’t feel clean and cosy in bed. Bathroom was filthy. Poo stained toilet brush made me feel sick. Thick black mould all around the shower rim. Don’t think it had had a good clean for years. Pool area was ok. Beds were old and not that clean IMO. The bar area has fallen into disrepair. Dangerous even. Breakfast was basic. Gone are the BBQ nights and Sunday roasts. The one good think lunch was good and plentiful. That’s the only positive I can give. Stayed here 5 years ago it was brilliant. Not any more.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at Pine Hills, we paid for a pool view room that also had a view of the mountains so felt very spoiled. Location is brilliant, literally a few minutes walk away from the *****! Huge thank you to the staff who are attentive and personable. Apoo, Diren, Sinan, Murat and receptionist Taner are wonderful people that always make the effort for conversation and make sure we have everything we needed! Service around the pool, at breakfast or evening meals is exceptional. The food portions are huge and absolutely delicious, we ate lunch there most days just because the quality and price was so good. But liked to explore on the evenings. The cleaners were fantastic, our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Sometimes fancy swans and hearts made out of towels which was a nice touch. Breakfast is reasonable with some traditional Turkish options and fresh eggs available to order (omelettes are tasty) Overall a wonderful hotel, staff are very hard working but always friendly. We are almost frightened to try anywhere new because this is hotel is difficult to live up to, thank you for a lovely holiday xxx

Great hotel with a great location. The staff are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The suites are incredible and really luxurious. The reef bar is great, Sharif is brilliant, such a funny person. Prices in there are really good 45 lira for a large effes beer. Would definitely stay in this hotel if we are to go to Hisaronu again.

So much potential but lacking so much.. the staff are all great.. but general cleanliness is hugely lacking around the pool areas. The rooms however spotless... First day went to lay towels on Sun-bed .. melted chocolate on the Sun-bed and Doritos all over the floor. Breakfast we walked in and walked out and never went back. It just felt dirty... We sat at the chill pool every day - on the first day we found a lovely pair of fake eyelashes on the side of the jacuzzi, they stayed there for 5 days!! This showed that no cleaning was done. The floor by the bar area I don't think was cleaned all week, old cigarette butts on the floor. The covers for the Sun-beds look tired and the beds themselves need replacing as falling apart.... Would I return!! Never!! The sides of the pool and jacuzzi are green and the whole place needs a clean. I have stayed in some cheap places in Turkey that are far better.. look for something else.

Just come back from a 4 night stay here. On arrival, first thing I noticed was the red and white tape in several areas, bowed floor boards and run down sunbeds. on entering the block where our room was i noticed a damp smell. The smell was stronger in our room, it smelled like mould. I also had black mould on my bed sheets.In the bathroom was a little shower kit that had a used razor inside. The room we had was very small and faced an area full of tools and a building that did not look like it was used. The breakfast was not very good and we only ate there once. There was fly's on the food and the food that was covered was not labelled and did not look appetising at all. The inside area also looked unclean with leaves and plants just swept into a corner. Two members of staff were wearing uniform that was filthy. Around the pool the sunbeds are in need of replacing and the covers are dirty. There was tiles missing and most things needed sprucing up. The best thing about the hotel was the barman around the chill pool (Billy I believe) and also the location. It is such a shame as this hotel has the potential to be really beautiful and from speaking to other people whilst out there, I hear it once was until it was taken over.

Just come back from a 15night stay here at Pine Hill What can I say 5/5 for the most relaxing stay worth it for the little price you pay in reality for the rooms:) I would like to give a massive shout out to Apoo who really went above and beyond for me and my partner to make sure we had everything we needed! All the other staff was very good too when called upon! The reception staff Barish was very pleasant to deal with upon our 4am arrival and when we was checking out! For the small price you pay in having this hotel there isn’t many major issues! The cleaners clean your room everyday too which is nice and if you don’t want them too they still leave 2 bottles of water outside and extra towels and toiletries The cats only come in because the tourists feed them and all love them(aka us( The hotel could do with a few updated sunbeds as some are dated but not the worst issues in the world and maybe a bit more music in the daytime for some background noise would be nice! Overall everyone we have spoke to during our trip loved the hotel and the staff We will 100% be coming back in 2024 Thank you very much Pine Hill :)))

This hotel as gone down hill since I last stayed in 2019. To cut along story short Hotel in need of refurbishing around the pool decking falling to bits part of it taped off screws sticking up where they have tried to mend it tiles falling off the bottom of the walls round pool covers on sun beds have had there day. Being kept awake with music from the pool bar 3 till 4.30 in the morning,dirty ashtrays and glasses not cleaned up at night round the bar and guest that come in late banging doors. I could go on will not be stopping at this hotel again unless it improves.
