Lovely little hotel staff were nice and friendly, had a 1st floor room overlooking the pool, sunbeds got full up quickly so had to be early, people put towels on as usual before time, bar was expensive but found whole area was, my sister and daughter were staying in another hotel as this one was full and the manager let them come in a couple of days he was so friendly and polite also special mention to the night doorman he super nice

Excellent location by the *****, but can be noisy because of this, especially if staying in block 1 with noise from rear adjacent hotel until midnight and noise from the White Hotel restaurant area. Hotel had a nice pool area which is kept clean, but limited sun beds that all tended to be taken by 6am with towels, even though a hotel management sign states no reserving of sun beds until 8am and any beds not used within 1hour will have towels removed, this does not happen. Breakfast is from 8 to 10am with a buffet selection, cooked eggs, omelettes and pancakes to order, coffee/tea unlimited from a machine. Breakfast items are not replenished, therefore most popular buffet items unavailable from 9am, even though still an hour left for breakfast, which was very disappointing. Lunch menu reasonably priced compared to other restaurants in the resort, portions were plenty, well cooked, good for a snack or a meal. Breakfast and lunch plates were cleared away sometimes too quickly before everyone had finished or as soon as their last bite was taken, which became annoying. Rooms are very small, clever photography used by Jet2 to make rooms appear larger, but rooms are clean and towels changed daily. Balconies are very small but all are pool facing except for block 4. Block 3 and 4 have patios which are larger for relaxing and lead onto small garden areas and the pool area. These rooms have steps down to their main entrance but patio doors can be used with no steps. Bathrooms are small, clean and modern, but shower leaked at the base, needing extra towels to prevent floor flooding. Floor is tiled and very slippery once wet, no handles in shower or shower mats, could be dangerous for older people. No shelving or space in bathroom to store toiletries. No entertainment in hotel, just a small outside bar area which is open day and night with a television showing relevant sport. Overall if you want a reasonably priced hotel, which is small and quiet during the day, with a great location, and you’re willing to wait for a sun bed or to set your alarm clock to put your towel out, than it’s the hotel for you. I personally would stay elsewhere if returning to the resort, possibly fully inclusive due to the increase in resort food and drink costs. I would highly recommend the Lemon Tree restaurant, clean, great service, excellent food, nice setting and good prices. What out for ice cream prices, especially near to the beach, advertising one price and charging another, this years biggest con trick of order, sit, eat and then pay - £36 for 4 ice creams, advertised at £3.50 each, but you can’t argue with a Turk. Ice creams at start of ***** away from beach were 100 TL for 2 scoops in a normal cone and are very nice. The ***** is short, busy and noisy at night, be prepared to be pestered constantly from shop owners, bars and restaurants. Beach promenade is lovely, but beware the hand-gliders.

Fairly small budget hotel, clean and friendly staff, pool very clean and food reasonably priced and tasted delicious It would of been better for the staff to maybe have at least a uniform t-shirt on so holidaymakers knew who was staff and who wasn't as they were just dressed in anything. I would recommend this hotel 100%

Lovely hotel, staff are always helpful and very pleasant, breakfasts were great, a large selection of cereals, meat , fruit , vegetables, toast. They also have a lady making omelettes and pancakes if you require. It’s got a lovely big pool, plenty of sun beds. Rooms are fine , balcony fine for me , cleaners do an excellent job and always smiley. Wi-Fi a bit hit an miss, hired a dongle, that sorted that out, would recommend this place , ***** a bit loud at night , only complaint, ignore the neg head .

Never in a million years is this hotel star rated, All I can say that this is by far the worst hotel I have ever been in in 5 times to the beautiful olu deniz, it is a complete and utter dump , breakfast is slop & eggs , eggs , eggsssss, rooms are the in the worst condition with the smallest balcony ever , I am anything but stuck up & I get it’s cheap but my god it’s shocking , just be aware you get what you pay for & here you really get basic , just don’t waste your hard earned money

What a great find thanks to previous trip advisor reviews! This small hotel is in a fab location, with a really chilled vibe and fantastic friendly staff that did everything to make your stay comfortable and welcoming. They have a sign up there saying ‘come as guests, leave as friends’ and this sums the whole place up. Many people I chatted to were repeat guest and can see exactly why you would come back each year. We were only B&B but did eat there too and the food was nice and cheaper than elsewhere on the *****. It is a central location but away from the noise of the loud bars. Can’t wait to go back next year! Would like to say a special thanks to Regi, Oz and Radva (hopefully I have spelt it right!) and to all the staff for making us feel at home from day one. The staff all work so hard for you to have the best time and nothing was too much trouble for them. We stayed in room 206, and the only thing we could say negatively was the wifi was hit and miss after the storm, and the room looked a bit dated. Neither of these things affected us having a fantastic time there. Thanks again to all the staff and see you again next year! Loved getting to know the cats there too! Heide and Paul xx

First time in Turkey and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Hotel is very clean and friendly but in desperate need of refurbishing rooms. Very small rooms with uncomfortable bed and small balcony. Also shower room really small but apparently all rooms are the same. Rooms are on two levels with no lift. Stairs are lethal as there are no hand rails. Would not suit anyone with mobility issues. Lovely swimming pool but the sun beds need upgrading. Also communal areas very dark and hotel would benefit with extra outside lighting. WiFi non existent wherever you sat in hotel. Would return if hotel was upgraded as all the staff are so friendly especially the cleaners and evening security man.

We could find nothing negative to say about our 10 day stay at this hotel. On arrival we asked to move rooms as it we had no view…(there are probably only 2-4 rooms without a view) this was no issue and the next day we were allocated a lovely new room, with a view of the pool. All the staff very lovely, friendly and hard working. The place is spotless at all times. The location is perfect, central yet peaceful. Minutes from the beach (we would recommend the far left side of the beach …when looking at the sea, by the banana beach bar) seconds from the ***** and lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. We would recommend a visit to the sister hotel for a Turkish bath and massage by the blue lagoon. The food was lovely, with plenty of choice. We only stayed bed and breakfast but had lunch on a few days. The pool was always very clean, with the added bonus of an amazing view of the paraglides. As previous comments …the only downside is other guests getting up early to put towels to reserve the poolside beds …. Although we could usually find a couple spare in the afternoon. The room Was spotless and the bed very comfy. Just a lovely place with lovely people …. Their motto ‘arrive as a guest leave as a friend’ is so true… there were many guests who regularly return…this says a lot.
