Moxy Omaha Downtown

Our 2 night stay was seamless, the staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were accessible and clean. Would stay again.

The aircondition sounds really loud when it turns on. Have to turn it off And the water is a bit sticky very strange.

PROs: Good location in downtown Omaha with lots of restaurants to dine/things to see within good walking distance. CONs: Absolutely no storage space for clothing. The water in the shower literally felt so slimy, it was like washing yourself with oil slick If your room faces the alley, be prepared to be woken up at 3AM every morning as the trash trucks collect the trash at that time. Also, if your room faces the alley, be prepared to sleep through the humming of the neighboring building's HVAC. They have valet, but it is quite expensive. You're better off finding an Air Garage to park at. The parking garage nearby is $21 for a whole day, the Air Garage was about 13 dollars with fees per day and they are all over the city. Overall, the location is why I am giving this place 2 stars. I get it, they are trying to be a hip themed place, but it is far too loud outside if your on the alley side, and apparently if you're facing the other side, you've got a bar across the street that gets rowdy when people get out.

Everything. Loved the vibe, staff were excellent, location is within walking distance from many places. I would stay here again.

The rooms, bar and afternoon checkin (Autumn and Matteo) were the best. Morning staff could use a polishing in customer service basics.

Rooms were really small but since I was traveling alone not really a big deal - the night crew was very welcoming and explained everything but the morning person was it pleasant at all and actually pretty rude for whatever reason. They had a huge TV in the game room lobby area but it didn’t play anything but Marriott commercials, which was a little disappointing because several people including myself wanted to watch Monday Night Football but the TV wasn’t hooked up to any type of streaming service so all it could display was commercials or screensaver, kind of defeats the purpose of having it
