Everything was great except the wall heater. It was -13 below outside and we had to alternate between heat and air conditioning because the heater only ran super hot. A night of little sleep….

Issues with Tv but changed us to new room...went to nice complimentary breakfast but then we were locked out of our room...sketchy billing ..but room cleanliness was excellant and staff very nice . Would stay again if technical issues ironed out.

The breakfast was ok, the staff was friendly. The curtain rod was broken, the office chair was broken and there was sock on the floor by the sofa. The perfume smell- I think it was an air freshener was absolutely overwhelming and gave us really bad headaches all night.

Some confusion on our stay. Our key wouldn’t work the second night. Thankfully our items were still in the room and the issue was fixed.
