We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The overall experience was very good, and the breakfast was definitely a highlight—fresh, tasty, and with a nice variety. What truly made a difference was the support from the staff. During our stay, our baby fell ill late at night, and the team was quick to help us. They arranged a cab immediately for the hospital and guided us in getting medical help without any hassle. Their prompt response and calm approach were very reassuring. They also helped us in preparing food for our baby, which showed genuine care and thoughtfulness. It’s not often that you come across such attentive service. The staff made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout—truly a home away from home. Highly recommended.

We traveled as a group with 6 children. The staff at MDZ made sure the children were well looked after and safe at all times. Special mention for the room service food. Very tasty

Nice little hotel with resturant for family stay , would appreciate the owner's imganniation of building this property and all the rooms with asthetic and modern touch , the lights at the resort are very unique . It has nice games room as well to keep your young ones occupied. Its location's is the best which is close and walkable to near by popular resturants and ooty market etc. Mr Kali the manager was very nice to talk to and Charu from the front desk have been helpful and very proactive. All the very best to them. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. Overall experice was good.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay for 3N @Maison de Zen...The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, always ready to help with a warm smile. The service was truly extraordinary and made the entire experience seamless. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the food, especially the breakfast — delicious, comforting, and reminiscent of lovingly prepared home-cooked meals. It was not just tasty, but genuinely memorable. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever we met Ms CHARU and Mr. KALAI vey sweet and kind hearted people 😊. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ooty. Looking forward to coming back again!
