Tulips Elkhill Resorts

We stayed in the property from 24th Dec 2023 - 27th Dec 2023. Pros : 1. Staff are friendly especially the ***ager Mr Johnny, Restaurant staff, Front desk Executive Ms Kalyani and other front desk staffs. 2. Property break fast is good. 3. We really had a great time playing Table tennis. 4. Maintenance staff Muvin was quite helpful. 5. Ground floor rooms offer a great view of the valley! Cons : 1. Property is very old and poorly maintained. Wash room accessories needed repairing on day 1. 2. There were no events organised on Christmas. There were no lightings either showing the festival mood. It looked very dull though it was fully sold out. 3. If you need repeat customers, you need to create a pleasant experience for them. Why would you charge for Camp Fire ? It could have been organised by the property as a complimentary when it is going full. During festival time, already prices are 30-40% high then it’s expected for Hotel to spend that extra revenue to please its customers so that they spread a great word of mouth and refer more customers to the place. 4. Restaurant does not offer South Indian dinner or lunch options. Chapathy was made out of ready to cook ones which was bad! 5. Why would this be called a resort when it does not have most of the amenities.

We were family with small children. Resort isn't up to even decent standards at all. It was quite shocking to see it . Not maintained hygienically. Smell of dampness. Cracking wals. Lights not working . We have to ask to clean dirty floors on our arrival , water leakage through sealing in a kitchen we have to ask to clean that also , leakage didnt stop still was there the next morning . Bathrooms dirty, water pressure low , windows with horrible amount of dirts , mould, open electrical wires etc ( very unsafe with small children)...condensation on windows in a bedroom, wasn't pleasant stay to be honest. Furniture , amenities outdated Wouldn't recommend . . This resort NEED A VERY SERIOUS IMPROVEMENT on their rooms ,cleanings, safety etc. The only view outside was good and children play area but nothing else really.

Extremely bad rooms.TV Not working. Telephone not working. Dirty linens, floor, broken door, bed, tap without lid, no intercom and what not. Arrogant Staff. It will waste your vacation. Bathrooms condition are so bad.

The worst hotel. The front-desk female talked really poorly. She is unaware of the term courtesy. ***agement must be aware. When I inquired about the food bill, she stated that they had eaten and that they would have to pay.This is how she will speak.

Best people's making your staycation joyful and peaceful Specially mr.Wajid and ***asudin They made our stay more comfy with their tasty food and helping nature. With lot of space and parking facilities and much more to explore in the resort it makes the best vacay time for family

With Great space and play area to good activities from candle light dinner and lot more to get With great hospitality to mr Wajid and ***asudin food it was really amazing to stay with family n friends

Yeah it's a good place to stay in Ooty. Will get any type of rooms. All tourist attractions are nearby. One request is that please include some more items in your restaurant menu.. It will be better for everyone.

The valley view was good from this hotel but except for that rest, all was a waste of money. Nasty rooms, smelly washrooms, broken window curtains, etc. Staff service is just a waste. Don't try this it will be just a waste of money. No wifi in rooms whereas a basic lodge also gives that.

Extremely bad rooms (with 0 basic amenities) and equally incompetent staffs. Dirty linens, floor, broken door, bed, tap without lid, no intercom and what not. Had found a baby scorpion on bed. THIS HOTEL IS A BIG NO NO. AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RUIN YOUR VACATION!
