The hotel location is scenic with breathtaking views, greenery with birds chirping all the time..rooms were good and Chef Mr. Sovan served food menu is very tasty and delicious...the best place to come and stay again..the hotel staff are very helpful and cooperative giving excellent service...

The setup of candle light dinner outstanding and food was amazing and service by rakesh sukhdev and prasad mahesh tudu all amazing thanks to make our dinner memorable to Sinclairs hotel and will definitely come back to visit again and masan was so helpful reall setup was outstanding

We booked for a room with good view , but , The front desk gave us a forest view room' after taking an advance of 10000 rupees, and they are very adamant for changing the rooms.kept on ppsponding the change of roo. And finally I checked out at the end of 1 day .They are Only money lover's , trying to show that rooms are full..Many rooms were empty but they are preserving that for other newcomers in weekend.Dont go to this hotel for this budget

Food was extremely excellent and service by khan and Rakesh was so awesome we Definitely recommend to others to come and visit and location was outstanding like view and room are also good thanks khan to serve The delicious food and suggestions

Hotel was so excellent and staff was amazing like mr.rakesh and khan chef shukumar was so humble and kind i really enjoy a lot and we definitely recommend others and rooms are so neat and clean food was amazing hie they presented infront of us so phenomenal they doing.

Rooms are just okay. We asked for room heater in the room we were staying but there was no response and during the breakfast also we ordered for dosa but even after waiting for half an hour they didn’t responded back so we have to leave the place without eating much. Service needs to be upgraded.

It's very beautiful resort... Specially staff behaviour was very good & food was delicious The view from rooms are quite well ☺️ And it's on top peak point..... And nearby to rose garden, tea garden, tea factory , chocolate factory, adventure park & many more places to visit... Must visit here...

This is one of the best hotels in Ooty. The staffs are extremely hospitable and they are extremely helpful. They patiently listened to every one of our requests. From the head chef to the staffs, they are all extremely helpful. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Write your review Location of the property undoubtedly fetch 10/10 score with an amazing morning and night view of entire Ooty & a surreal sunset view. Rooms are well designed & spacious 10/10 (Nilgiri and Deluxe Suites interiors were redone recently) Food 7/10 less F&B staffs to offer room service. Mr Raju(front office) is an asset of this property. Overall Sinclaire was worth our spending..

Hotel was top location excellent view and food and was amazing and all staff was totally wortless they are so helpful for us really so trained and cooperative and set for cadle light dinner was amazing by Rakesh and masna both are excellent thanks Sinclair to have good staff and food will definitely visit again

I have never seen this kind of hospitality,cleanliness,food taste, homely atmosphere, ever in any of hotels or resorts wherever I stayed ever, Mr.shobhan(head chef) gives us the food like our mom,s handmade food,I m extremely recommending them, best service compared to 5star rated hotels & resorts,

We stayed in this resort for 2 days with 2 adults and 1 child. Firstly the manager doesn't know about hospitality. We booked rooms through a travel agency.Due to some problem with the travel agency,they simply stopped our check in. When we reached they simply declined the check in and asked to work with a travel agency. To our surprise hotel management didn't inform about the check in block to the travel agency. The manager was really rude in speaking with us. He doesnt know how to speak with customers. After we had a discussion with the travel agency they allowed for check in. Coming to amenities, everything mentioned in the hotel is outdated or broken. We took a hill view room and the room was really small. The bathroom is really small and it is smaller than my bathroom in my home. The only positive about this resort is about food. Food quality is good My advice is search for alternate property with the same range

Rude front office representatives and they don't have basic politeness to talk to guests. When you look for the manager he was never been available and several reasons were told like he went for lunch or currently not in the office. They may come up with the the excuses but the fact is that management is poor, to check and confirm just visit all the negative reviews where any one can observe that front office representatives are quite famous. House keeping staff is really great and very prompt with the service, many thanks to pradeep who helped us to change the room when we requested to change because of liquor and cigarette smell coming from next door. Sahdev das was a great person we met at restaurant who was very attentive to guests. Selvan at security gate is an amazing person who helped us to park our car on request. The view was nice and location of the hotel is good but the connecting road to hotel is pathetic. Overall it deserves not more than 2 stars for a 3 star hotel. They earn 2 stars because of Selvan, pradeep and sahdev who helped me during my stay. Hotel looks good from outside but poorly maintained, photos attached. Hotel has good view of ooty town but you can see and observe poorly maintained windows and lobby area.

All things are very well managed and location was so awesome and food was also good but about service was excellent by Rakesh sahdev and Mahesh and and room's are so neat room dining are so timelinng served in room thanks to all services and hotel staff to make are trip memorable
