"Location was excellent if you only stay at hotel and beach. But little bit far from shops and center. Atmosphere was fine, everyone enjoying. The staff was good, except the bartenders. They looked like they hated the job to be honest. I have travelled alot and have never seen so boring bartenders. But restaurant and lobby staff good. The room was very clean. Perfect sized. The hotel in general was very clean, especially the toilets in the lobby, which usually in my experience is often dirty. The noise level was perfect, except i felt the cleaning staff were quite early moving the furniture aggressively above my room. So that annoyed me little bit, but i just started the day earlier. The view from my room was good. Pool and sea side. The pool area was perfect. The food was okay, but for the excellent desserts, i would say good! The gym was great, one of the best hotel gyms i have seen. Overall 8,5. Would be 9 if i would feel more welcomed by the bar staff."

Hotel Tamaris

"Hotel is located on the beach and the car can be parked within walking distance on its own property. The swimming pool is quite small and sunbeds are limited, so very early already occupied. The same applies to the sunbeds at the beach. The location is nice, because you can walk along the beach with lots of shade to the town of Tučepi. In the evening in the center is lively busy, but never massive. Also a nice town nearby Makarska is definitely worth a visit. We enjoyed our time here."

"A very nice hotel located right by the beach. The rooms are spacious, everything is clean and well maintained. There is a large swimming pool (it’s a pity that it isn’t heated before the season, as the water in May was quite cold), a jacuzzi, and a children’s pool. The garden is beautiful, with Mediterranean vegetation. Breakfasts and dinners were really good — the food was fresh, tasty, and there was a decent selection, especially for dinner. There was usually something new every day, and during our week-long stay the dishes did not repeat. One small downside for me was that the coffee machine did not make any milk-based coffee drinks, and I like to have a cappuccino in the morning. Another minor drawback was that there was no possibility of a late check-out. We asked if we could stay in the room until 1:00 PM, or at least until 12:00 PM, but we were told that due to a lack of housekeeping staff, we could stay only until 11:30 AM at the latest. At 11:28 AM, a housekeeper was already in the room asking us to leave, which was not very pleasant, as we were already packed and perhaps just needed another five minutes to get ready calmly."

"This was an amazing holiday! We got a really good price, we were able to check in early and have lunch, the rooms were always kept clean and tidy. The hotel staff were helpful, I will say with excursions definitely book beforehand or as soon as you get there as they fill up quick. There are shops along the promenade that don’t come up on maps. There isn’t much in the town but has some pretty views so defo worth a wander. There is a bus that goes to podgora and makarska, the reception have the timetable. The food was really good, we enjoyed every meal and it didn’t feel repetitive at all, there is a snack bar that has chips, pastry’s, picky bits, and ice cream. There was entertainment on every day, it was mostly aimed at kids but the evenings had quizzes, live music etc. the hotel was in a good spot for a chill holiday, the pool and around the pool was clean. Overall everything about this holiday was great! We had to check out at 11am and our flight wasn’t until 10pm but they held our bags and we were allowed to use the amenities. Every staff member we spoke with was polite and helpful."
