Hotel room was big and cozy. Location of hotel was good. There was Coles and McDonald's within walking distance. Restaurant onsite served a variety of food but is open only for dinner.

The room is big and area is spacious for privacy. High recommended. Good wifi signal.
Furthermore, they provide the kind of service is beyong expectation, believe me. I definitely will come back to stay in if in Albany.

Spacious room and ensuite. Very clean and good location. Value for money. However, facilities are a little dated. Staff were efficient and friendly.

Lack of parking … motels have parking spots in front of rooms… yet allow others to take our parking… very frustrating!

Close to town, room 41 a bit too close to main road (traffic noise), TV getting old and some channels difficult to find.

We were just in for one night, it was very well priced as was the delicious food in the restraunt. The staff were very friendly , we would definitely stay again

The carpet is dirty and when we enter the room it give a very musty and terrible smell.
The bes and the pillows smells too.The bed cover is outdated and old.
The whole place outside is clean and in good maintenance but inside the room is bad.
Hope the management will do something to make the room cleaner,smell good and do something with the carpet and the bedsheet.

Nice and peaceful place and above all their honesty level. We forgot our power bank in our room after check out and the hotel staff called us back. Luckily we were still around and were able to pick it up.
