First off, Turquoise has an Aquatics Team of more than a dozen full time staff dedicated t0keeping our facilities clean. We have worked with the Alabama Department of Public Health to implement a water management plan which includes rigorous, daily maintenance and testing to manage these risks. Your cooperation in allowing our Aquatics Team to inspect, clean, test, and maintain our water facilities is appreciated. We had a great 4 days with the family. Check in was a little cumbersome. Had issues with the fire alarms going off several times. Maintenance came and disconnected all the smoke detectors. They came and shut the hot tub down so we couldn't use it 2 of the 4 days we were there. The room was clean. The host was great! the beach view was fantastic. The pools were great. Concessions were good but expensive. All in all, I would highly recommend this property.

It was amazing how many things there were to do on property. We didn't have to leave Turquoise Place because so many activities were available. Host was excellent. It was amazing break! I recommend it because it has something for everyone.

This was a last-minute booking for a quick trip for spring break. The only reason we booked this condo was for the hot tub on the balcony for my young kids. We knew the outdoor pool and ocean would be too cold to enjoy, so the hot tub sounded great! However, we came back from the beach Saturday to find a sign on our balcony hot tub that it was CLOSED and to call a number. Called the number multiple times, left voicemails and texts -- no response. Reached out to VRBO and received some incoherent response from one person, then received another response from someone else that had no answers for us. So for our two-day trip, one of the days was spent with no hot tub and I still have no idea why. So I was going to leave a nice review, but after the lack of communication I'm telling you like it is:the bedding needs updating - it's outdated and scratchy - and the pillows are not comfortable the pots and pans are old and grimythe hot tub is nice - if it's usable...There are other nicer units at Turquoise than this one, so there ya go.

The back patio is covered in black mold and so is the shower grout. The decor is extremely dated and doesn’t matched. We saw another unit the couples we traveled with stayed in and it was light and beautifully decorated.

Beautiful beach views from the 13th floor! However, I was disappointed to find bugs coming out of the Keurig, black mold in master shower, and the lazy river was closed for our stay during Spring break. Not the usual great stay that we’ve had before at Turquoise Place.

Some one came in our room and closed up hot tub. With no explanation not a phone call or text stating why our room was entered not excitable. And we didn’t get to use the hot tub but one night for 30 min

You can't go wrong at Turquoise Place. This view was gorgeous and the beach in October is perfection! That said, the unit was fine. A very basic rental unit that could benefit from additional pillows, coat hangers, and towels.
