Phoenix VI by Brett Robinson Vacations

I stayed with my daughter in 6602 for three nights in June 2026. It was nice and I would come again. The mattress on the pull out couch was a little lumpy but maybe got better once I rotated and fluffed it a bit. The clothes washer and dish washer were a tad loud but worked efficiently. We had a great view of the beach. Elevators were usually quick to our floor (6th).

The staff were professional and very friendly and elevators were great! The condo's bathroom had hair all over, the shower curtains in both bathrooms were too long and had previously been broken, we did not get checked in until after 4:30pm and was told that they were short handed, some of the untensils had residue on them, the fridge leaked from freezer making a mess (informed front desk upon departure), the sliding door needs WD 40 because it was EXTREMELY hard to open and close. Last but not least is the master setup was poorly designed with no door separating the bathroom area from the bed. We made the best of our stay and laughed a bit otherwise.

We were owners in this complex for 5 years, so we know some of the staff, who are friendly and hard workers (that's why we came back, as guests). Unit 602 is a 1 BR, 1BA on the beach. Sadly, it was not well-maintained (unpainted patched walls), did not have a Keurig coffee maker, and when the dishwasher failed on the second day, we were told it would be replaced before we left after 7 days. That never happened. So, we ended up washing all the dishes by hand. At $300/nt. I was hoping for a more relaxing vacation, and some kind of rebate.
