SpringHill Suites Orange Beach at the Wharf

The front desk staff was wonderful. The only complaint I have is that the pillows hurt my neck. Everything else was great. The toll bridge was very slow, which doesn't reflect the hotel.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was absolutely perfect. My kids and I travel a lot for sports, vacations, etc… This hotel experience exceeded expectations. From the staff who greeted us as we checked in, to housekeeping and even the staff who prepared breakfast they were all amazing very kind and personable. The pool was awesome my kids spent a lot of time in it. Our room was amazing, very clean. Breakfast has so many options and is different everyday. This was definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.

I paid 1058.00 hoping to enjoy a quiet getaway. The hotel is nice and close to everything, at least it seems. I had ants all over the balcony which I did not realize until attacked. There were never enough towels in the bathroom and staff was rude when I requested more. The hot tub didn’t work properly and the young man at the desk (not the black one) had an entire attitude when queried about it. Worst of all, It appeared someone tried to break into my room that Sat evening. I told staff and she said with a poor attitude I’ll send maintenance (they broke the lock off the door, I could have been kidnapped) then hung up the phone abruptly. Upon checking out I tell the nice gentleman in the front about my experience and he apologized and said he would give me points to make up for the stay. He did give me 1000 points, which equates to 12.50. I will never stay here again and if you value your life, you may want to seek other options as well.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel was clean. The only issue with our stay at the hotel was the breakfast was just ok.

Room was clean and had a nice view of the marina, the staff was friendly. There was one guy at the front desk- whose name I forgot- but he was THE BEST! He was super helpful and suggested things to do and places to eat. We normally stay in Air BnBs but we are coming back to this hotel simply because he made out stay exemplary.

Excellent trip! Room was spacious (2 adults plus toddler), staff was incredibly sweet and helpful, the hotel was clean and easily navigated. Great location! We’ll be back!!

The breakfast was wonderful, staff was friendly and the pool was amazing. The wharf was in walking distance. Wonderful view. Al all around wonderful hotel and stay

Loved the location! We were able to easily walk over to The Wharf for dinner and shopping. The beds in our room were super comfortable and everything was great!

I wish they had a waffle maker for the breakfast besides that everything was superb.
