We just stayed in corner unit 1408 last week for New Year’s Eve 25-26 and it was simply wonderful! The unit itself is extraordinary, HIGHLY recommend it. The Phoenix 9 was also lovely. I began communicating with Julie the property manager in November when ny rental company sent an email informing me that the indoor pool/hot tubs would be closed during our stay. Julie was so immensely helpful and even gave me her cell number to follow up. The property thankfully decided to put off the renovations so we had indoor amenities to use, which were put to good use since it was very cold and windy during our stay. The property appeared well maintained and clean. I would 100% stay here again, as it is probably very nice in the summer since there are only maybe 100 units total, compared to the 250+ of most other nearby complexes. Parking wasn’t an issue, we just parked on the 2nd floor and used carts and elevators for checking in/out. We bought parking passes online and then picked them up when we arrived. The lobby office is only open regular business hours. We walked to Flora bama every day and it was a very simple stretch via the street. It was a nice change from our usual stay at the Phoenix X , although that is also a nice property.
