We were very pleasantly surprised by the Courtyard Lake Buena Vista at Vista Centre. I have stayed at many Courtyards, but this one was the best I have stayed at. It was just recently renovated. The lobby, lobby bar, and pool are so nice. The pool has cabanas with tvs and couches, a waterslide for the kids, cornhole, ping pong tables and fire pits. There is a huge tv where you can watch games all day and they show movies at night for the kids. You can order food and drinks from the lobby bar and eat inside or take it outside to the pool or around the firepits. The hotel location is perfect if you plan on visiting the parks like we did, or if you want to visit Disney Springs or the outlet shops and there are so many restaurants nearby. The customer service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a buffet breakfast you can take advantage of and even offer Starbucks too. This Courtyard has so much to offer and I can't recommend it enough.

I would like to take a moment and tell you about the best experience I've ever had a t a hotel all thanks to a young man named (Key) at the front desk. It was Friday before Memorial Day weekend and I was at home in Alabama and planned to arrive middle of the next week for work. My co worker was staying at another hotel and got a phone call saying they would not hold a few packages for him that we called and verified was ok to fed ex to their location. After looking at flights and logistically figuring out a direction to go get our packages and not ruin my holiday I decided I was gonna call the courtyard and see if they would hold my packages until I arrived. I was met with a positive attitude and a young man with the respect of a saint. I explained my dilemma and Key immediately asked me if I would hold for a second all while apologizing for the other hotels negative experience. Key came back to the phone and said he would personally go pick the boxes up and hold them at the Courtyard until I arrived. I was blown away at the work ethic and the level of customer service he provided. This is going above and beyond and treating people like you would like to be treated. This is exactly why I will always stay here in the future while in the area. I would also like to thank GM Adrianna for hiring such an amazing young man and front desk attendees Alvin, Alexa, Aubrey, Justin, and Angelo. Room 221 was very good, the room was comfortable and tidy, the bed was very large and very comfortable. Staying in this room for one night was part of our package to take the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line to the Caribbean. Check-in and check-out are quick and convenient, the bathroom in the room is large, the shower is good, the wifi is fast, and the room is equipped with a hairdryer, ironing board and iron. The hotel's dining is quite expensive and the price is taxed: (This is a pity, because there is a very cute TGIF on the corner of the hotel five minutes walk from the hotel. His happy hour before 7 pm is very favorable. Two Mojitos, two Margarets, two bottles of bar wine, a total of 18 dollars.

Being in the hospitality business there is nothing more that I love then having great customer service. It reminds me how important it is to make people feel welcomed and attended to. From the guest service to the amazing food !! Leo took great care of us at check in and Venessa at the restaurant wrapped it up for us!!! Her food was amazing and she took the time to make sure our service was good.

Breakfast is not bad, remember to come to a Mickey Mouse waffle. Go to Disney for a free shuttle bus, go to the shuttle in the universal studio for money, two people about 30 knives? Time is fixed, in fact, it is better to play uber. Hotel services are OK, there is a gas station nearby to buy things. Overall, it is not bad.

We spend 14 nights in this hotel and really enjoy our stay! The location is very good, less than 15 minutes from every side: from the center of Orlando, the Disney Parks, the main shopping; 20 minutes from the airport. The room was very comfortable! I had 2 beds, it was very large, with TV, desk, chair and 2 tables. Furthermore I had microwaves, freezer and coffee shop. Every day they replaced coffee and tea. The staff at the reception was always very friendly. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The cleaning service was very good in general. Me and my partner stayed here for 5 nights while visiting the parks. The hotel was fairly new, so very modern. We stayed just after the schools went back during what I guess would have been the start of the quiet season. This meant the hotel wasn't particularly busy, which was good for us. The reception staff were great and very helpful. Our room was very big with two king size beds. Plenty of room and a lovely bathroom. We used the pool pretty much every evening we stayed there and as it was so quiet, we had it to ourselves. We had a car during this part of our trip so we drove to Disneyworld and Universal Studios, both of which were abut 15 mins from the hotel, as was the airport. The hotel provided free parking as well. We only had breakfast at the hotel one of the mornings we stayed; it was $10 a person and had a good selection of food. Overall, we were very impressed and would definitely stay again.
