The hotel is big with outdoor swimming pool, bar, restaurant and other facilities. Although the hotel is old, it is still well maintained. Reception and bell service are very helpful in accommodating my needs. Appreciate their help. Near Disney and universal, would recommend as a more budget friendly choice comparing to theme park resorts.

Great for families due to kitchenette and washer/dryer available. Plenty of space, good location. Daily housekeeping. Parking available. Pool was great, free towels available and good number of sunbeds. Definitely recommend.

Service at front desk was the best i have had since 2011 and I habe beennthere one and two times a year. Awesome

Pros: Great kitchen area, real serving wear, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, comfy bed, super clean, spacious room, great view of the piol and city, parking great, immaculate grounds, fun pool staff and waitstaff, market place on ground convenient, heated pools and hot tubs, grills (immaculately clean!). Starbucks coupon appreciated.

We we were there all those nights and as of checking out today! The washer and dryer still is not working. Traveling with a son with autism, the washer and dryer are critical. We expect a refund for some of the nights.

Overall, we had a really great stay and enjoyed the property a lot. The place is very clean and well kept. Parking garage was super convenient, and I appreciated the little perks like the complimentary water bottles or coffee. The room itself was great — spacious bathroom and shower (loved that), a huge balcony, and everything felt clean and comfortable. The DVD rentals were a fun bonus, and the amount of pools and jacuzzis on the property was awesome. Staff was friendly, and the different activities throughout the day were entertaining. A couple things could use improvement though. The activity center felt way too crowded, and mixing it with the kids’ area wasn’t ideal. Also, there was some pretty confusing communication around housekeeping — I was told it was included, then told I had to request it, then told that was misspoken… and then came back to my room to find housekeeping had serviced it anyway. Just a bit all over the place communication-wise. The outdoor TV placement was also a little odd, but not a big deal. Still a solid stay and a great property overall — just a few tweaks away from being a full 5 stars.
