I recently stayed at this hotel and am deeply disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. My stay was far from pleasant due to this major concern.
Upon arrival I immediately noticed that the room had not been properly cleaned. The corners of the room had accumulated dust, the floor had not been vacuumed, and there were obvious traces of dirt on the furniture. The sheets and towels appeared worn and stained, which didn't give me confidence in their cleanliness.

The hotel is very close to the bus station and about 15-20 minutes from the city center. The hotel staff's service is very good. The room is relatively simple but has good WiFi and heating.

Our room had a window only facing the narrow courtyard, so practically no daylight. Very poor air conditioning. Very disrespectful behaviour of the staff when entering for breakfast (rope barrier). I emailed repeatedly before arrival with one question, no reply.

NO TIENEN AIRE ACONDICIONADO y te engañan diciendo que es un fallo puntual. Tienen unas máquinas viejisimas que a penas sacan aire y ni siquiera lo enfrían. Te quejas en recepción y con decir que pasará el Tecnico se quedan tan anchos. A un precio desorbitado para lo que ofrecen y ni una disculpa ni ningún detalle. Desde luego no recomiendo a nadie que vaya al menos en verano

The room was small, the bed was not clean, I found long black hair -which I do not have- inside the sheets, they did not change them for the three nights I stayed there.
Restaurant service was bad, with very rude couple of ladies yelling at everyone instead of helping and make us comfortable, they did not were ready Sunday 12th for our breakfast...etc, etc.
