The two receptionists at the front desk were enthusiastic and attentive. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the museum, just a few steps away. Parking at the hotel is convenient. I will stay here again next time I go back to Ordos.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The breakfast and service are not even as good as an express hotel, it looks more like a guest house. They all said that they never knew such a hotel existed, and it was still a four-star hotel. I stayed for two nights in a row, but the first night I felt very hot. It was already 12 o'clock in the evening after washing up, and I felt that the air conditioner was not cool at all. I called the front desk of the hotel, and the reply I received was that the air conditioner was broken these days and was being repaired. I asked why I was not informed of this situation when I checked in. The front desk told me that she did not check in for me. Ask the front desk if there is a solution, and tell them directly that there is no way. Because it was too late, there were no taxis outside, and Didi couldn't get a taxi, and I didn't want to disturb my local friends. So I had to keep the windows open for the whole night, but I didn't sleep all night. When I checked out the next day, I went down to the front desk and asked the same question, but the answer was different from the previous night. I also said that the air conditioner broke down at 6:00 last night. I asked the front desk why there was no first time Notify me so I can check in at another hotel. When the front desk replied that I received the message, it was already 6:30 in the evening, and they were off work. This way of handling it makes me feel very speechless. Because this incident made me feel cheated, I complained to the Ctrip platform, but the hotel manager contacted me and said that I would refund 1/2 of the second night's room fee as an apology. But the premise is that I need to cancel the order, and I don't agree. This series of operations made me feel really uncomfortable. This is the only bad review I've ever written.
