My wife was rudely pushed the extra blanket we requested (before booking and then again on arrival) in her hands by an annoyed member of staff. They seemed preoccupied with a large group/party that also stayed there, but that’s not my fault. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay in this interesting hotel.

The guests are related to Qihai and took the initiative to make tea and deliver water for me. The service is thoughtful, which is worthy of praise. The room is also relatively large, there is no cramped feeling, the sheets and quilt cover are very white and new, and you can sleep comfortably and at ease. The food in the Chinese restaurant is delicious, and the breakfast and buffet are also good.

Although you don’t have the fun of playing in the water when traveling in winter, you can watch the sunrise and sunset in the desert and the stars in the sky. The most attractive thing is skiing in the desert. In addition to providing 6 staple meals a day, the hotel also has a coffee bar and a bar. Drinks, late night snacks, my stomach is never empty... Food, drink and entertainment are all included in the price, so you don’t have to think about what to eat every day, just have fun. The staff service is also good. At first, they saw that we had an older child and helped arrange a family room. Later, because we wanted to see the desert landscape, the hotel also actively helped choose a suitable room. The hotel's rooms are a bit small, but I personally feel that the facilities, services and various entertainment options can completely make up for it.

The shower is the old one fixed to the ceiling, so you can only wear a shower cap if you don't wash your hair. The toilet is a bit smelly, and the most annoying thing is the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. There was no smoke smell when I first entered, but it got louder and louder at night. I don't know if it came from the central air conditioner or the exhaust fan. In short, it felt very bad. The other room we booked was extremely hot. I wonder if the air conditioner was broken, so it was really uninhabitable. I wanted to change rooms, but was told that they were all occupied, so I had to drag my suitcase to another hotel for the night. Environment: The environment is good. I feel that the surrounding businesses are relatively prosperous in Ordos. Hygiene: The smell of cigarette smoke is very strong, so the hygiene score is not high. Otherwise, it is shabby. I don’t know if it is not cleaned well or it is just shabby. Breakfast: The breakfast is really good. It is the best among several five-star hotels in Inner Mongolia, no worse than international five-star hotels. The variety is rich and the taste is very good. I have to praise this. When I visited Inner Mongolia this time, except for the international five-star Sheraton, Marriott, and other hotels that met expectations, the other five-star hotels were all amazing.
