I was abit skeptical after reading some reviews but the hotel was great! Big room with huge window looking out into the courtyard, big tv, good shower and a very comfortable bed. 5 min walk to the castle and bars. The gentleman on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Also let us keep our bags in the hotel the next day whilst we explored before our flight home. People seemed to complain about the old school lift, I personally loved it :)

Centrally located hotel with walking distance to everything that this quaint little Swedish town has to offer. The room was nice with good bathroom and strong Wifi. The receptionist was a bit grumpy when we checked in and tried to "sell" the hotel's parking space for much more money than what was needed to pay if you just park right outside in one of the public parking spaces. The breakfast was good, which offered lots of Swedish culinary treats.

The hotel is very centrally located in the center of Örebro and is quiet. Rooms are modern and clean. Room service is not daily. If fresh towels are needed, they can be exchanged in self-service.
Parking spaces are only available for a fee throughout the city center. The signs are not easy to understand. Parking in front of the hotel is possible between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. for a fee. Parking is prohibited in the city center between midnight and 6 a.m. The parking garage closes at 10 p.m. Problem for those who arrive late. It would be nice if the hotel had its own parking spaces. You have to park your car somewhere. It would also have been helpful to have information from the hotel that the Norr City parking garage closes at 10 p.m. according to opening times, but you can drive in and park. Payment is made via Parkapp and credit card. A day in the parking garage costs SEK 170, a ticket for illegal parking on the street costs SEK 900.
