Выдалась командировка в Оренбург. Здесь я была не раз, но предпочитала останавливаться в другой гостинице. Коллеги всегда нахваливали "Золотой слон" и я решилась. В отношении номера нет вопросов. Чисто, большой номер, большой тв, хорошее белье, халат, тапочки и шампуньки. Был бы полный комплект, если бы положили щеточку с зубной пастой. А вот еда подкачала. Шведский столна на завтрак. Ассортимент удовлетворит каждого гостя - есть и молочное, и мясное, и овощное, и слатенькое. Однако с качеством немного грустно. Не могу сказать обо всем меню, однако, что попробовала отмечу. Канапе с рыбой - очень пересоленые, профитроли с творожным сыром - тесто на некачественном масле. Творог, кефир, яичница - достойно. А вот выпечка опечалила, мини пироженки были несвежие, только бисквит был приличный. Слойки нельзя было есть, старые и клеклые. Но это еще не все. Зашла я в предвечернее время выпить кофе с чизкейком в ресторан! Вот тут меня ждало не просто разочарование, а ужас. Не поверите, мой заказ готовили минут 20-25. В результате принесли чизкейк из самого дешевого творога, отдающий химией, политый коричневой жижей. Товар из серии "абсолютный эконом" по цене 300р. Но еще больше меня удивил капучино. Там не было кофе, молока и пенки. Это была муть кофейного цвета за 200р. Остается задать вопрос - это ресторан?

Путешествую в командировку. Тезисно: все, что пишут по шероховатостям, правда: завтраки никакие( от кофе- машины одно название, тушевые овощи холодные , много залежалых блюд). Вообще в зоне приёма пищи мало порядка, заказывать ничего не хочется. За завтраком была свидетелем, как взрослая женщина колхозной натуры ( видимо, следящая за порядком в зоне завтраков) , орала на молодых официантов😊Это так неэтично) Руководство, берите на работу уравновещенный психически персонал . Номера - да, шикарны, качественное чистое белье, регулярная уборка. Но!!! Нигде нет указателей , как пройти/ дойти, решила походить на беговой дорожке , зал закрыт, надо просить открыть/ ждать/ искать. В зале нет кондиционера, окна, кулер пустой. Какое кардио?) дышать нечем). В следующий раз в Хилтон определенно.
