The tallest building in Orewa town, with a high view, it is spacious and comfortable. It has a washing machine and dryer, the bed is comfortable, and there is a large supermarket downstairs. It is too close to the seaside and the price-performance ratio is very high.

Well positioned. Room/apartment was quite dated. The bathroom left a lot to be desired as well as very old worn, stained lounge furniture. It was impossible to use the shower without flooding the bathroom floor. So multiple towels needed to create a dam. The shower head was well past its replacement date and would not stay in position. The pool needs some serious maintenance, which has clearly been deferred for some time. But it works. Just cosmetic stuff really.

Modern, clean great pool & spa nice view from 4th floor. One block from beach and really close to 2 supermarkets. The room had all the things needed for some cooking.

Absolutely lovely property, right in the center of town, with everything you need in the unit! The gal at the front suggested the tent cafe to us for breakfast and we could not more highly recommend.

Exactly as shown in the photos. Clean and spacious. I loved the balcony for morning coffee and for evening dinners. We had an amazing view from the 10th floor. I loved the big kitchen. Two grocery stores and the beach very close by. We had the One plus one apartment.

Great unit with fantastic outlook over Orewa.
Only comment is the shower is small and the water kept coming out into the bathroom area when in use.
