Reviews of Best Western Plus Orillia Hotel

Could have used another couple towels, pillows a little hard. Couldn’t find light switches in room. Room was 16 degrees when we got there. But soon warmed up

We were happy with the front desk staff. Because we had booked a couple of months ago, we received our free breakfast. There were other customers upset that it was no longer free and cost $17 for cheese omelet. We were told when we got there by another patron that the elevator was down. We were on the 4th floor. It was fixed when we returned from dinner. The room was dated and smelled musty and the "jet tub" was ridiculous 😒 Not going to return anytime soon

Impressed. Very clean room and professional staff

The room is very clean. There is a Casino not far from the hotel. There is a big lake next to the hotel. It is very nice to take a walk by the lake in the morning!
