I would like to talk about our stay at the Santa Rita Hostel. We arrived on Saturday, day 28/11, and we left on Sunday, 29/11. And what a wonderful stay! Every minute worth it. Very clean, organized, beautiful, quiet, airy location. And the suite? Perfect! The guest team takes care of every detail. Breakfast with many options too. About the service? Impensable. All people very educated and requested to take care of us whenever we needed something. If I recommend the hostel for other people? Yes, if I'm going back soon? You can bet yes!

It was the first time in this hotel. It has a easy location for arrival. The location may not be the best for a walk, but to stay at the hotel is not a problem. It has parking with security. It is always loaded. The breakfast area could be larger, depending on the time it is full. The coffee is very good. Apartments are comfortable. But I stayed in the first floor, from the front to the street, and it seems that the conversations are inside the apartment. I don't know whether we talk about the street or the neighbor's suit, because there is a window in the bathroom, which is probably in front of the neighbor's bathroom.

We stay from 30/Dez to 3/Jan and room service is not available, dishes and food residues are spread over the corridors (for more than 2 consecutive days), bad breakfast, with second-line items and winners in buffet .....a danger to children. When complaining, it seemed to be the wrong thing I was.... bad care and bad people with bad will to work. Hotel management informed, received all the photos and did nothing. Our room had a problem in the vessel and there was no one to clean up in the weekend!!!!!! absurd. Old, dirty hotel from the lift, windows, bathrooms - there is no room and cleaning because they do not - dirty swimming pool without maintenance with ducks dirt for several days there (not the one to use) ... broken gym equipment, finally. Don't host there, it's the worst I've ever been.
