Reviews of Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Lake Buena Vista/Orlando

We had a wonderful time. We have used this resort before and loved it. We plan on booking another trip for November.

I loved it !!!!!!!!! it had everything I need as far as pots and pans to cook, the rooms and bathrooms were amazing and the living room and kitchen area was what i need for my family and the washer and dryer in the room was very helpful. FROM NOW ON THIS IS WHERE I'M BOOKING MY FAMILY TO STAY AT :-).

The property is well-maintained, with spacious and comfortable accommodations that felt like a home away from home. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met during the stay. The amenities were excellent, including a variety of pools, fitness facilities, and dining options. The location was also ideal—close to popular attractions like Disney and Universal Studios while still offering a peaceful retreat.

2 bedroom villa is nice with excellent kitchen amenities and washing machines. Will recommend this property

So many pools to choose from. Amazing big apartment with large lounge and 2 spacious bedroom. Nice balcony over looking the lake. Lovely grounds

The trip was excellent, spacious room & hall. Clean and tidy. We enjoyed the stay even though it was only 1 night.

Don't stay here. They charged my card after I left. I didn't make any reservations.

Great hotel and will defy stay again

Unfortunately, they didn't clean the rooms daily, which was terrible because you wouldn't get fresh towels at a Sheraton. There were seven of us in several rooms, and this happened to us! We won't be back.

The hotel grounds are very large, in a typical villa style. I booked it through Ctrip via an agent. The agent was very dishonest; I booked a large room but received a smaller room from the hotel, with a significant price difference. After check-in, I discovered the room type was incorrect and questioned them, but they refused to admit it. Thankfully, Ctrip refunded the difference. However, the experience was truly unpleasant. The cheaper room was almost half the size and located next to a main road, making it difficult to sleep at night due to the roar of motorcycles. I just had to put up with it.

A great place to stay. I always return there whenever I travel to Orlando.
