Great location for Universal Studios, good room layout for families with a separate room & bunk bed. Check in / check out service was a bit slow - only one attendant at the front desk. Rooms are showing some wear & could use some updating. Elevator is not efficient - when busy, takes foreverrrr to go up or down. Breakfast has a decent variety, could use with more seating / table clearing at busy times so families aren't waiting. Overall, good place to stay with kids!

Stayed for 2 nights, i must say the staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating.
Room: carpet had some sticky spots, sink in bathroom was clogged partially and shower also had very weak stream.
Some of the cups and plates were not clean. Had to wash them again before use.
Otherwise location wise great, complimentary shuttle service to Universal resort. Breakfast was fresh and had good variety.

Bed sheets were not changed from the previous stay. Stains all over the sheets upon arrival. When I called to request new sheets I was told nobody was there to bring them up so I had to go get them. I was also told I would receive maid service on my 2nd night. No service. I called and was told the 3rd night. No service. So I stayed 5 nights and received no service whatsoever. I had to request towels and toilet paper everyday and waited hours until they were received. Never again.

The room was spacious and reasonably priced. The only thing I can say that I thought was strange is the dish soap in the kitchen seemed like it was watered down to refill it.

Receptionist were very nice, complimentary breakfast was great. My only complaint is $18 a night to park my vehicle is a bit ridiculous, first time I’ve ever had to pay to park.
