Reviews of Hyatt House Across from Universal Orlando Resort

It was a great place to stay as a family visiting Universal Studios. It was easy to book the shuttle although there weren’t many times to get the shuttle throughout the day or if you stayed at the park later than 9:20.

Was initially worried because of the mixed reviews online but I got to say, I’m so glad I took a chance with this hotel. It has gone beyond our expectations and we would love to be back. We stayed there as a group of 6 for one night. The room was more than spacious to accommodate us. Hospitality was excellent and breakfast spread was good. Would definitely recommend!

Good and nice

The room was nice and the location was good, very close to Universal Studios. The breakfast was so-so, but for some reason, other guests received bottled water upon check-in, while we stayed twice and were not given bottled water.

The room is very large and is about an 8-minute drive from the entrance to Universal Studios. The breakfast is also good and the service staff are very friendly. There is a small bar next to the front desk, which is very convenient for buying daily necessities.

The front desk staff were very kind! They gave me detailed instructions on how to walk to Universal Studios, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind. It takes 25 minutes to walk to Universal Studios, but it's an easy route. The room was also clean and I was very satisfied. Thank you very much!
