I gave these ratings during the first time we stayed, which was good. However I would say that the most recent attempted stay (Dec 11-17) did not happen because when we arrived at the front desk to check in, we were awfully surprised that Comfort Inn cancelled our reservation without informing us and then they told us that they could not confirm a refund because we booked through ******* (keep in mind that the reservation was active on ******* app, but the hotel apparently cancelled it on their system….very chaotic and poor). As a result of this, we had to call ******* and I stayed more than half hour speaking with a representative to sort out the issue (albeit traveling since the night before, so we were already in a mental and physical fatigued state) with no place to stay. ******* eventually sorted out the refund issue but told us that it was best we look online again to rebook a new reservation, which we did and we eventually took out luggages out of the lobby, loaded into our rental car and ended up booking in another establishment in a downtown Orlando.
