Service at checkin and checkout super.. Room very clean, very quiet and comfortable bed. Tv worked. Wi FI was good. Parking was inconvienent, lot sremed small for size of motel, had to pafk in mall lot.

The hotel room is nice, clean and quiet. There is a small commercial plaza outside, which has an Asian buffet and Italian restaurant, as well as a supermarket and gas station. It is very convenient.

The room is not soundproof at all, as if those people are right next to you, it is noisy! ! There were people talking and chatting loudly in the hallway at night and into the early hours of the morning. . So was the restroom, heard talking in the next room.
And the bathroom is not ventilated at all, the smelly exhaust fan is just a decoration lol
Huansheng is also not good. I always feel itchy when I sleep, and then I saw some bugs on the bed in the middle of the night for a few days. I also want to collect garbage at night. The front desk said that housekeeping is not 24 and no one can come.
This is the first time I leave so many messages, because I really do not recommend everyone to stay! Really really bad! Totally ruined the mood..

The room was HORRIBLE! It felt like a cheap motel rather than a Fairfield Inn.
The shiny paint on the walls made it feel cheap and uninviting.
The furniture showed MUCH wear and tear. I tried to open a drawer of the dresser and couldn't - it was jammed?
There was no fan in the bathroom so upon 4 of us showering in the morning the room was incredibly humid then, even after going to have breakfast and returning to the room.
The bathtub I assumed was just an odd shade, but upon running my fingernail across it I realized it was SCUM THAT COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANED! And there was some kind of oily marks on the shower wall above the soap etc dispensers that my finger could rub away = gross! Add to all of that that the drain didn't drain well so after each shower we were left standing in a few inches of soapy-dirty-rinsed-off water, which meant the next to shower started their shower in it.
There was no alarm clock; had to ask for one!
I called front desk the night we arrived asking if there were other rooms not as outdated and in such poor condition as ours but (I think) he said they were all the same, and there wasn't anywhere to change us to as they were nearly sold out. Great.
The parking felt unsafe behind a shopping *****.
The only positive I can say about this hotel was that every employee we came in contact with be it at the front desk, dining area, or the man who brought us up fresh towels -- they were all very pleasant and as helpful as they could be.

EXCELLENT ALL ROUND, amaxing hotel, breakfast, coffee and tea all day in reception a bonus, AMAXING BED AND ROOM, 5 mins from Disney Springs , highly recommend for shopping and eats, free Disney bus connection to allparks, free parking, highly recommended.
