This was the worst hotel I had ever stayed in I had to book an additional room one night for friends of mine the first night was fine but that my friends decided they wanted to stay one more night so I rebooked the room they took the money out of my account and then the hotel themselves canceled the room and never refunded the money to me they are a bunch of thieves do not stay here

It's a regular motel. I stayed here while visiting Universal Studios. It's clean inside and it's about a 30 minute walk to Universal. There is also a bus that takes you to the park across the street, so it's convenient.

It's hard to say enough about this hotel. The sanitary environment is the worst I've ever stayed in. The smell when I opened the door was terrible. A hotel like this still charges a deposit. I don't know what the point is. I won't go there again!

You get what you pay for. This establishment is antiquated, with roaches in the rooms and excessive noise. The bed blanket had a cigarette burn, and the toilet appeared untouched by cleaning efforts. I won't be returning.

I’ve stayed here many times this hotel needs some work sometimes the hot water works sometimes it doesn’t the ice machines need to be cleaned there’s bugs and dirt that comes out of the ice machines they don’t put washcloths in the room they make you go ask on each occasion I’ve stayed here and bought food the insects ants bugs invade the food the front desk staff are sometimes polite sometimes they charge a deposit or sometimes they don’t it’s 100 for what reason I don’t know it’s not like they’ve made any updates to the furniture or electronics or even do pest control they shouldn’t even charge a deposit nothing in the room is worth anything you can get better furniture from the Salvation Army the good thing about this hotel is in the international area other than that don’t expect much from this hotel

I did not appreciate the wrong. Blood was found on the mattress when I was sleeping and was exchanged to different room with attitude.

This property was horrible… we were charged 9.00 a day service fee and didnt provide breakfast or room service. When we asked for wash clothes it took 4 days b4 we got any. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the fact that they are 5 minutes from Universal Theme Park. We stayed here 4 years ago and they offered a great breakfast with make your own waffles and daily room service. So we booked it again expecting the same accommodations but unfortunately it is under different ownership and the services changed. With all the hotels that they have on international drive I will definitely be looking elsewhere the next time we travel to Florida.

My expectation were very low ones, due to other coments...after y saw it...it's wasn't bad at all.
Most like the accesibility of walking distance of almost everything.
