Love this hotel! Free airport shuttle provided by the hotel is so convenient. They arrange a shuttle to pick you up once you arrive at Orlando airport. Self-laundry service is also excellent. $10 for washing and drying your clothes. A stroll by the lakeside in the morning is a bonus. Clean room with firm mattress, the best stay in Orlando.

Marriot is always great. I would love even more of they would add some water bottles in the room.

Because I needed to catch a flight early the next morning, I chose this hotel for my last day in Orlando. The hotel environment was nice, and it even had a swimming pool. There was a free shuttle bus to the airport every half hour, and the bus driver was very nice—probably the most service-oriented person in the hotel. Everything else was so-so. When I checked into the room, I found towels scattered on the counter, and the bed was clearly someone had just sat on—very creepy. I had to change rooms. Even then, the cleanliness was just so-so. The air conditioner in the room seemed to lack an outdoor unit; the indoor unit kept making noise, so I didn't sleep well. Anyway, I had to make do to catch my flight.

It takes 5 minutes by taxi from the airport to the hotel, and costs $16.5. Two beds are very spacious for two adults and two children. The hotel front desk helped to call a taxi to Disneyland the next day.
