Great facility for families as the rooms are large and the pool and activity room (including air hockey, foosball, video games, etc) are great. Location is convenient to get all the theme parks.

Reception sends you to another desk to pick up the parking pass. This desk is the Hilton timeshare desk. Instead of just giving you the parking pass, they start their pitch by offering you gift cards in return for attending their timeshare presentation. Do not give them your phone number. Hilton timeshare will call you everyday to sell you a timeshare. It is impossible to get them to stop calling you.

We did not like the calls to offer time share.
We like the attention at the front desk, concierge and bell boy.
The room was clean and had everything we could use to be confortable.

Have never been disappointed at this property. Very clean and up-to-date. Staff was very friendly and helpful, this will continue to be my preferred Orlando destination.

The facility and staff are amazing, stayed there several times..... love it. This time they gave us a Handicap room, even though that's not what I had book, claiming that was all that was available, never again, the room was awkward, friend got hurt on bathroom door from handicap latch, floor got soaking wet when showering.

The young man at the front desk was very helpful when I was in a rush during check-in to get to an event. The king studio room was very clean, looked nice, and the bed was comfortable. I liked that there was a security gate and parking in the deck was easy. Felt safe. Didn't have the chance to eat at the hotel or use amenities during my stay though so can't say anything to that. But overall was a pleasant experience.

Pictures did not do this hotel justice !! it was incredibly clean updated staff was friendly and helpful easy to navigate and was much more beautiful in person then I saw online highly recommend

The shower and bath fixtures were not good. The bath tub fill comes through a hole in the ceiling. Crazy.
