This hotel offered a great stay in terms of service, cleanliness and amenities. The location is great and the staff is extremely courteous. I highly recommend staying here.

The breakfast could of been better the hotel was clean

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I booked a 6-night, 7-day stay at this hotel in February, but because they didn't include breakfast, I had to cancel the original booking and rebook. However, the hotel cancelled my entire booking two hours before my check-in date without notifying anyone! This left me and my family stranded after an 18-hour flight from Beijing to Orlando with nowhere to stay. I called Hilton, and they said there was a problem with my credit card, but I'm certain my card is fine; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to book the room. I wouldn't have created this trouble for myself. The only excuse they could offer was to double the room rate because I booked at a cheaper price. Hilton is a black mark on my reputation forever. I hope everyone will avoid them.

The room was of a suitable size. The front desk staff was warm and generous, helping us solve many problems. They worked hard. The breakfast was rich and healthy. The water temperature in the room was just right. Everything met our requirements. Transportation was very convenient, and Universal Studios was only a few minutes away.

The room was generally fine, but there was a mechanical noise leaking out every two hours, which woke me up twice. The walls were thin and I could hear the people next door talking. The room facilities and staff were good.

The windows couldn't be opened for ventilation, the room was extremely damp and smelly, and my hair smelled terrible after one night's sleep. I experienced itching and facial rashes, but these skin symptoms subsided immediately the day after I moved out. Room amenities were replenished very sporadically; sometimes they were replenished, sometimes not. The front desk staff were very helpful.

Very cost-effective and good quality, just like the much more expensive hotel I stayed in later, very convenient to Universal Studios

The hotel staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. The self-service waffles are recommended to be made by yourself. The 24-hour hot water and three different types of coffee in the lobby are very good.

Overall it's good, the room quality is better than the Hilton Garden Inn next door!

It is quite good to be able to book such a room at this price! High cost performance, worthy of recommendation and praise!
