Was visiting universal so made use of excellent shuttle bus service and early park entry. Room was ultra modern USB regular and C type. Clean and friendly would definitely recommend.

Stayed for three nights. I checked in late on the first day and couldn't see any pool view from the pool view room. There was noise in the room and it was not repaired at 2 am. Even if there is no mineral water, slippers, toothbrushes, etc., the main problem is that there is no quilt, so I can only ask them for a blanket like a bath towel, and the bed sheets are very frizzy.
The good thing is that I changed rooms the next day and had a good view. Moreover, there are many bus trips to and from Universal, which is more convenient, and you can enter the park one hour early.

It's an official Universal Orlando hotel, so it's close to Universal and has very good access. The hotel was recently opened, so it was new and clean!
The hotel house is very large, so it's a little difficult to get to the room. I dropped off my luggage early in the morning, went through the reception, got my birthday badge and room key, and entered the park early.
I came back around 8pm and left at 5am the next morning, so I didn't really stay there (lol) I think the walls were a little thin because I could hear people in the hallway, but I only wanted to sleep so it wasn't a problem. !

New hotel. Comfortable room and bed. Water fountains available in the hotel. Shuttle service every 10 minutes to the park. Early access to the park staying at the hotel. I wouldn't recommend another place to go to the universal parks. A 10.

I stayed at Universal Studios with the information that it was a cost-effective hotel. They were happy to check in early, and the location was also good because there were marts and restaurants nearby. You can enter Universal Studios 1 hour early, and the shuttle is frequent, so it was convenient. If you are staying for Universal, I highly recommend it!!!

Incredible hotel, in very very good condition and with many services at our disposal. Apart from the wide variety of restaurants within the hotel and the extensive hours of these, there are buses that take you directly to the universal parks every 15 minutes. INCREDIBLE!
