I was on a business trip with colleagues and had a really great experience. The weather in Orlando, USA, was also lovely. The hotel was very good, and the price wasn't expensive. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic, and there's a gym too.

Easy to get to by bus from the airport , bed was comfy, room was good, everything was clean and comfortable, breakfast in the morning had a good selection of things and could go back for more if you were hungry, staff were friendly and free tea and coffee, also had a free shuttle service to and from the airport, deposit was given back quickly too via card

The location is good. The room had an odor right after I checked in, but it quickly faded. Breakfast had limited options, though the waffle maker was a nice touch.

Very clean room with the comfortable bed. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel within the walking distance. The shuttle service is reliable but limited in the time. Please check the main website if you require the airport shuttle service.

Landed terminal C and took inter terminal train to B. There caught Lynx 42 bus. One stop and short walk on same side of road straight on. The hotel is the other side of a grass area. The breakfast is nothing special, but adequate. Scrambled eggs and sausages being the hot option.  The pool is really good, with many chairs, loungers, and tables with umbrellas. Five foot down to three feet. Towels are provided in storage unit by the side gate. There is a mobile phone system to book your free airport shuttle. The lady driver from Puerta Rica was very chatty and gave information on climate changes locally.

The grounds need work had newspaper pages throughout the shrubs in the front and cigarette butts were still on cement at main entrance . Room 224 smelled like a wet dog when we opened the door after turning up the ac unit and spraying deodorizer it was better. The tub in room 223 had a blue stain. The paint job on the doors was sloppy had gone onto knobs. We gave stayed there a number of times and this is the first time any of this has happened. I don’t know if there was a difference in rooms given because we booked through Trip.com instead of their website.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. The room had a terrible smell, like mold, and it was very uncomfortable. The elevator was also a big problem — it got stuck with us multiple times, sometimes for several minutes, which was very scary and unacceptable. Overall, a very bad experience and I do not recommend this hotel at all.

I couldn't check in because they had no power due to a transformer that broke. Checked into another hotel. Please refund

The room has a strange sound every 2 minutes you hear a sound like a phone buzzing could not sleep most of the night

One of the best beds in Florida😁 Just 5min away from airport. Clean,quiet hotel. Shuttle every 30 min. Definitely recommend if u need to stay near the airport

Spacious and clean. Sadly no shuttle after 10 pm. But everything else was great .
