We have stayed multiple times and although its basic and nothing flash, generally clean, not perfect but fine. The area is great for top of International Drive and Universal and i4. Mcdonalds and other places to eat close, Mcdonalds and gas station walking distance. It's on the corner of International Drive and Sandlake Road. Pools are fine, shop has a good selection, never tried the arcade, bar, restaurant.

Good location, close to theme parks, good for people who intend to visit Universal Studios as it offers shuttle bus to Universal Studios though need to book it in advance.

The room was spacious and clean. Nice pool area, with lots of towels and chair for relaxation. Housekeeping came around everyday to replenish room supplies. I would book again.

The room has typical American-style decor. It's close to the road and conveniently located near a large McDonald's and a supermarket. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it easy to get to the airport. It's also quite convenient for visiting the night market in the evening. They don't provide slippers and there's a charge for luggage storage. For a one-night stay, the value for money is decent.

Location is awesome but dont expect someone will come and pick your bags. I did it all myself. There were clothes of previois guests in drawers nobody bothered to clean. Coffee maker and microwave near wash basin… who does that. Pool water has not been rotated for long. But good as a pit stop if nothing of the above bothers you

The front desk staff were really nice, and the location is great. They offer a free shuttle to Disneyland and Universal Studios, plus there are tons of restaurants nearby. What could be improved is the quality of the shampoo and conditioner, and the shower pressure was a bit low.

Very clean facility I would go back again. Parking was a little bit ridiculous but then again it was Fourth of July weekend. Definitely looking forward to going back and staying.
