Another guest threatened our safety by envading our privacy and pounding on the wall. We asked the consierge to dial 911 and no action was taken. The unprofessionalism and hostile environment made us never want to return here again.

This hotel is definitely not the newest nor most fancy on block. However was very clean . All staff was nice and helpful. Free grab and go breakfast was nice, several options of pastries. Free keurig coffee 24 hours a day with several different flavor options. Everything worked as should , plenty of hot water. Again just very old. But for the money , it’s definitely worth it.

Pros: Location is excellent, great breakfast, outstanding service (front desk staff is so friendly), price.
Cons: dirty room, a bed that feels like a waterbed, broken/loose tiles in the bathroom, carpet is filthy, all the doors look like the rooms have been broken into

If you are looking for glitz and glam you will be let down. This is a quaint old hotel that is perfect for those not accustomed to Ritz Carlton standards. Safe, clean, awesome grab and go breakfast. Convenient to downtown activities and accommodating staff.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the complimentary breakfast included a wide assortment of tasty offerings. Additionally, there was complimentary lemonade that was very refreshing.
The room was nice and clean although it did not have a desk (so it's not easy to work from). Additionally the room door was a bit out-of-plumb. All together, I would happily stay in the Eo Inn again.

The TV would not come on and they could not get it to work! The heat did not work. I was freezing all night and the carpet was damp. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Posted photos are very deceiving! Hotel is quite run down and in desperate need of a renovation. Our room had a strange smell and the cleanliness was questionable. The furniture in the room was literally falling apart. The light fixtures had no covers, just bulbs showing. TV did not work, even the remotes were in need of replacement. If we had known or had another choice, we would not have stayed. For a hotel charging $200 a night, they should be able to afford some upgrades and renovations.

What a sh*t hole! From the lack of parking to the nasty carpeting as you enter. It’s such a shame because you can see the potential in the building and site. Linens are like cardboard. Stained and had to request clean sheets. No duvet or comforter. A flat sheet, thin blanket and a flat sheet are your coverings. Noisy all night on the street. No window coverings. Just blinds so the sun pours in first thing. Just NO!
