Dated furnishings with dirty drawers and found a live bug that didn't lvoe long after its discovery. Exhaust fan present but didn;t work. Smoke detector ive bug in the room was hanging by power wires. No regular coffee at breakfast and food was only blueberry muffins in plastic wrap. Staff was unpleasant to deal with. Room definotely did not look like the images but should have fgured as much with that low of a nightly rate

The room looked nothing like the pictures online. The hallways smelled like wet carpet sweat and smoke. The elevator had black sticky tar like substance in the buttons and floor corners. The room had awful smell and at night i turned on the light and saw 6 cockroaches in the kitchen at the same time. I left bread in the counter and they ate the bag to get to it. The bathroom door knob was broken and it was imposible to lock the door, also the bath tub was cracked (parts of the tub were missing) stained. Went outside and there was a guy loitering near the cars with a mask on. Not common to see that type of mask in Florida considering the poor lighting i decided not go to the car and just lock myself in that dirty room until morning. Breakfast was muffins and hot water because the coffee wasn't working. And the front lady is a little aggressive. Cant imagine the things shes seen in that place so i don't even blame her.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. When I went for the complimentary breakfast, there were mini cellophane-wrapped muffins and oatmeal packets. The coffee pot was empty. It was terrible. Extended Stay America should be embarrassed.

I am never coming back the person working front desk at night was rude. Our dishwasher didn't work I. Didn't get the room I paid for

There were cockroaches in the room, filthy spots everywhere, awful smell, coffee machine was not working and no initiation from staff to fix it, kitchen dishes were not available, grab n go breakfast items amount were very low compare to occupancy.

It was pretty bad. Hotel very run down, no ice machine, no toilet paper and hotel staff didn’t have access to more because they needed a key from the manager. Advertised free breakfast which was as coffee and a cereal bar. Horrible smell throughout the hotel all day and night . Tried to get a water bottle from the vending machine. It ate our 2.50 and hotel staff was unwilling and unable to refund the money or help. Would not ever stay here again.

Staff was nice but room was not the best bathroom light was dirty, shower was bad the dishwasher stove sink needs an overhaul, definitely needs updated.

This property was horrible the first room we had the tub was dirty the second room we had the tub still looked bad the toilet was clogged up the tv didn’t have a remote the side doors was unsecured as if they were broken the first floor had a bad smell it was awful I will never stay there again even if it was free oh and not to mention the staff is never at the desk you have to Pretty much yell to get someone’s attention😡
