The health condition is good, the decoration style is modern, and it is on par with domestic express hotels. However, the service is definitely incomparable with domestic ones. It is an optional transit station for going to the airport.

Easy check in $& clean. Simple.
What I didn’t like was the airport shuttle stops one time, regardless of the airline you are traveling …for us, this meant walking, with our luggage, to the complete opposite side of the airport.

A restaurant was advertised, but what was offered was bar-food served in the bar. Over-priced. We waited 1 hour for our food. They were out of most of the items on the limited menu. This type of service give Wyndham a bad name. I was not given a copy of our bill for the restaurant. I asked for one on check-out & was told it would be sent to me. I had to call to get a copy as the charge on my credit card was $31.97 for 4 chicken *****s & 3 sides. (According to the menu, 2 sides were included in the price of the *****s meal.)

Overall the hotel is very good. My only issue is that it says it has a "hot breakfast" which is true but you have to pay for your breakfast. It might be good for customers to know they have to pay extra for breakfast, one isn't included in the price. Otherwise my experience was great.

GETTING IN AT 5 AM AFTER A GRUELING TRIP FROM MICHIGAN WE WERE MET BY A FAST TALKING BAD MOOD MANAGER. NO SMILE OR WELCOME. HE IS NOT AWARE OF HIS BEHAVIOR. I ASKED HIM TO SLOW HIS WORDS DOWN AND THIS REALLY SET HIM OFF. HE SAID HE WAS THE MANAGER AND THE OWNER. WANTED $50 DEPOSIT WHICH I WASNT EXPECTING. MY CHARGE CARD WAS DUG DOWN SOMEWHERE IN ONE OF MY BAGS. AFTER DIGGING AND FING IT HE DECIDED HE DIDNT NEED IT. NOW IM 70 YEARS OF AGE AND IM DISABLED AND IN MUCH PAIN AND ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS GET TO THE ROOM BUT HE JUST WANTED TO REPEAT THAT HE WAS IN CHARGE. NEVER EVER NEVER WILL WE WVER CHOOSE THIS HOTEL.

Came in for the night... shuttle pick us up timely and dropped us back on time to our 2nd destination.
