This motel was formally a run down Quality Inn, and something else before that. Stayed 3 nights at a premium price because of a local event. No room service for three days, had to go get towels each days. Managers excuse was they got busy even though the parking lot was never half filled. The bathtub had worn out paint on bottom and dangerously slippery. The shower curtain was falling down, water getting on slick floor, no mats. The rolling desk chair had broken wheels, the AC unit was rusted and full of black dirt. The beds only had two sheets, no blanket. The room door did not shut securely because the frame looked like SWAT had previously broken it down. They simply painted over the cracked door frame. The morning breakfast counter only had 5 bagels in a case, no butter or cream cheese. The juice dispenser had two selections, water or orange juice which was really watered down red punch water. The front of the motel has a Baymont vinyl banner over the old sign and nothing is illuminated from the street. This dump deserves NO stars

This motel looks great from the street. As you get closer you will find an old motel with may issues. Our room smelled musty. The door had a gap at the bottom of the door. The bathtub faucet moved when you pulled it to turn on the shower. Making us concerned it is going to fall off. We couldn't use the towel rack since it was barely attached to the wall. The beds are on rollers. So if you want to sit up in bed and lean against the wall be careful the bed can and will move. On the upside we were happy with the flooring. (No carpet). The pool had broken tiles. Getting in and out of the motel is difficult due to the fact there is a solid median.

I enjoyed myself with my husband we had a great with each other the staff was very nice and friendly and respectful that made us feel welcome.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast included was adequate enough, we liked the waffle maker. However, housekeeping never came to our room, not even to take out trash. We had to leave the trash outside or bring it to reception in order to get the trash removed. The floors in the rooms left our feet extremely dirty, turning our feet black. Housekeeping is clearly not mopping the floors which is extremely disgusting. If housekeeping is not expected to come in that needs to be communicated at check-in. We tried to call the front desk for extra towels since there were 4 of us and only enough towels for 2, and there is no plug for the phone so it’s just a useless phone sitting on the nightstand.

The breakfast could be better also maybe a meat shld be added . Certain sides of the hotel are better such as the bedding the walls but it is a clean hotel and the staff are ok. A different cereal or maybe eggs shld be added.overall I like this hotel

It was clean and quiet for the most part. I did not get the experience the pool cause I was only there just to get five hours of sleep, but overall, I had a very decent experience except for the Room was cold and I like for the room to be warm, I tried to cut on the heat, but it did not work.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. We stay here often for events at the central frloida Fairgrounds. Perfect location and walking distance.

Very clean, inside and out. The staff were very helpful and made sure I had a bottom floor room to accommodate my disability. If I go to another event at Camping world stadium, I would definitely stay here.

I constantly getting text about leaving reviews, everyday now after our stay. It’s been almost 2 weeks since we stayed there.
